Beyoncé's POV

I walked into the townhouse and looked around.

The kitchen reminded me of the time Jay and I drunkenly had sex after the BET Awards...which was 99% of the reason it took my so long to decide if I wanted to end things with him or not. I saw the couch where I sat and waited for him while he stayed out for two nights with her and didn't even bother to call me, I saw where I stood sobbing asking him why he was treating me this way, and the door that I stormed out of the first time I left him.

I walked upstairs to the bedroom and saw the picture of us on his nightstand, the picture that was I noticed was put face down when I came home to surprise him. Now that I know what he was doing, I just know he that that ho in my bed. I wanted to rip the sheets off and set them on fire.

Being here was hard enough, so I was glad that Jay respected me enough to at least let me pack up my things alone.

It took almost all day, but I finally had almost everything packed up into boxes. I wasn't bringing any furniture or anything, so it wasn't too much stuff, but I was still gonna have a moving truck come tomorrow to bring everything over to my new place. I could've rented a pick up truck or something and fit everything in myself...but perks of being rich and famous I guess.

I just had to finish going through the the drawers of my nightstand and then I'd been done for the day.

I opened the top drawer and the first thing I saw was this.

It immediately brought me back to when he gave it to me. It was my 21st birthday and he gave it to me when he officially asked me to be his girlfriend (his exact words were "don't embarrass me," but I knew what he meant).

I sighed before walking over and gently placing it on Jay's night stand. I really didn't wanna let myself get in my feelings, but I already felt the tears starting to form.

The next thing was a photo album. Against, my best judgement, I started flipping through the pages as the tears fell.
