In 7, we have a work called Father-Daughter by Deku_Mania
The story takes place directly after the Overhaul arc in the manga with Izuku taking the role of a father to Eri. All characters have been aged up to 19 to make UA a university. Izuku and Ochako are already a couple in this and it shows in depth the PTSD that Eri suffers from with the level of trauma and damage of being used by Overhaul has done to her. Thanks to Izuku and Ochako however, she is learning to be more of the child she should be instead of the tool that she was once told she was.
I find the stories where Eri is Izuku's daughter absolutely adorable since she is like the cutest little thing anyone could see and she does respect Izuku a lot in the story. I wanted to put it higher in the list, but the ones above it kinda already have a special place with me and I personally think deserve the spot more. But this is one that I urge you to check out in your free time since it is really cute to say the least.
