In the story, Izuku is quirkless like in canon. But his mother still holds true to the fact he can be a hero, though tells him he will have to work harder than anyone else because he does not have a quirk. Thanks to this, Izuku trains his ass off for the next 10 years to be told he can't by everyone. He finally loses it when All Might tells him he can't as well. With this, he pushes himself even harder to prove All Might and everyone wrong for saying he can't. He will strive to be the first quirkless hero.
The Izuocha isn't as significant as others, but Izuku and Ochako do hold much love and care for the other that it makes up for them getting together late in the story. I also like how the amount of love and devotion Izuku has for All Might turns to spite and anger in this with him. The work is finished also, so respect to author for giving us this completed work.
