Nobodys pov

Neville stiffened at Lucius voice, making Harry turn to look at him. " what's wrong mate " Harry said looking concerned, " my uncle is good friends with Lucius, they grew up together. If Dumbledore says something to make Lucius pull him out of school then I'm getting pulled. And I really dont want to go to Durmstrang. " Neville said looking slightly afraid that he might get pulled from Hogwarts. " that makes no sense Neville your family is light " Ron says causing causing Neville to snort. " yeah light " Neville says his voice getting high. Neville then turned to look at Lucius, not being able to hear what is going. Lucius then scowled grabbed Draco by the arm roughly. And got to the doors not before yelling out " the Malfoys have always been huge supporters of Hogwarts. We will be leaving and I can assure you Dumbledore that my friends will be leaving aswell. " Lucius said storming out, dragging Draco with him.

Time skip

Still nobodys pov

Draco had been rushed downstairs to the slytherin common room. " pack your stuff now Draco " Lucius said his magic flaring a bit, of course Lucius was mad.

Did Dumbledore not remember who he was? Had the old coot finally lost it? These questions along with others ran through Lucius's mind as Draco packed. Soon Draco walked downstairs, just as all the Slytherins started to file in from dinner.  They all looked at Lucius fear in there eyes, Draco had always protected them.

Snape could only go so far to keep up his act of being apart of the light. What would happen to them if Draco left for good. He was there only protection from all the hate of this school. Draco looked at them all his pride still in tact. " never forget who you are, or your history. You are a pureblood, you can and will stick up for yourself I promise you that. " Draco said nodding his head he looked at his father. And they walked out with all the Malfoy power and dignity they had. They walked themselves all the way to the headmasters quarters so they could use the floo out.

When they go there, Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore sat waiting for them. When they arrived Harry immediately stood looking right at Draco. " May we use your floo, Dumbledore. " Lucius said less of a question and more of  a statement.

" yes, but first answer two questions for me, will you. " Lucius was only inclined his head, so Dumbledore would contuine.

" yes yes, where will you send young Malfoy here? And are you really willing to separate a veela and their mate? " Dumbledore asked, Lucius knew what kind of game he was playing. Two can play that game.

" Draco will go to Durmstrang, a good school for young pureblood men. Especially creature ones, it keeps them in check and they teach the dark arts. Something that Draco's magic works better with, because his core is dark. If it becomes to big of a deal Harry can transfer to Durmstrang. Other than that we will be going now, my wife expected me home half a hour home. " Lucius said giving Dumbledore a hard stare before turning and going through the floo.

" Lord Dumbledore, Harry, have a good day. " Draco said turning to leave before Dumbledore stopped him.

" Draco, boy dont you want to stay. and be with young Harry here. " Dumbledore said trying to get to Dracos veela side.

Draco looked at Harry, " My name to you is young Malfoy or Malfoy heir. Never have I given you the permission to call me by my first name. " Draco says not answering Dumbledores question at first.

" you have disrespected my father, and the Malfoy name. Something that we wont stand for you know the pride that Malfoys hold ourselves to. I would love to stay with Harry, but not in a place that my name is not respected. Now good day. " Draco said more forcefully at the end, walking to the floo.

Looking at Harry with a small smile. He went through the floo calling out Malfoy manor.

That was the last Harry saw of Draco for 4 months.
