I've covered the basics, including two feelings: Anger and sadness. Though these are not the only two base emotions they can be be the strongest. Bad will always outweigh the good, I can't control that it's just the way things are.

I can tell I've made you uncomfortable, my reasoning is that I also feel uncomfortable. I feel as if I should be removed from a situation I made for myself, how about you? Is your uncomfortableness rooted in anger or in sadness? Did I hit a nerve? Take a moment and put words to your feelings, because you are feeling. You are always feeling, just remember that.

You're emotional life makes you who you are everyday. Think about it, are there some things you can't do during a day because something deep down is stopping you? Do you feel like you're going to cry every time you see them or every time you hear their name? Those are your emotions speaking.
