Step one: Get your old artwork that you want to redraw... Find a piece that you were once proud of! Or maybe something you never really finished completely...

Step two: Roughly sketch out a new drawing. Keep ideas you liked, but change the overall picture. You can do this by simply drawing in a new pose, new perspective, or a new body shape. Do not redraw the exact picture, the goal today is to improve an old piece you made!

Step three: Go back and clean up the sketch by drawing over with darker, cleaner lines. Finalize the drawing in this stage, and then we will move onto coloring!

Step four: Shade! Take your time, give all your effort and patience into shading!

Keep in mind which direction you want the light to be coming from, and shade accordingly...

Step four: Great work! Now, let's color. I like to only color a few points, to create contrast and make it pop more...
