Leigh woke up. She felt her heartache. She felt numb. She had lost Tom and she just wanted to be with him. Her life had chances in a day. She was happy and she and Tom were planning on being happy and planning a future. They were trying for a baby and now he was gone and she had nothing. She had nothing and no one left and it was a mess. She sat up and sighed as she looked to her phone as it rang on the side. She looked to it and saw all the missed calls that she had off of her mum. She didn't want to speak to anyone. She stood up from the bed. The bed that she shared with Tom. So much of his stuff was around and it broke her heart. They lived together and he was everywhere. She stood up and pulled toms favourite top that she wore around herself. She still smelled him and it broke her heart how much she missed him

Leigh sat in the sitting room and sighed as she sat scrolling through her phone at the old photos of her and Tom. She just wished he was here and that he could be there for her and hold her and tell her it would all be okay but she knew it wasn't going to happen again. She would never see him again and be able to tell him how much that she loved him. Leigh knew that she would have to do all that she could to try and move on even though the grief was too much. It was almost unbearable. Leigh knew Tom wouldn't want her to be miserable and that he would want her to be happy but she had no idea how to be happy without him

Leigh got to work and sat in the staffroom. She was trying to be there for Christine and be a good daughter and try and move on like Tom would of wanted but it's hard. It was harder than she thought. She ran a hand through her hair and sighed. Simon walked in and walked over to leigh and looked to her and smiled "hey, are you okay? I know that you have been through a lot with loosing Tom. I'm so sorry. He was a good guy after all. I just wanted to tell you" Simon said as Leigh looked to him and smiled "thanks, he...he was my world and now he is gone and I just feel numb and I just want to try and he okay and I feel as if I won't ever be okay again" she said as he smiled "you will don't worry" Simon said

Leigh sat in her classroom as she held a necklace Tom gave her in her hands and sighed as she looked down at it. She only hoped that she could be happy without Tom as she was finding it hard to believe that she would ever be happy again
