Description: - Sooth Prakar was Born in Cato Neimodia in a Rich family, before the start of the Clone Wars. When the Clone Wars has begun, he joined in the ranks of the CIS Navy and rise to the rank as Admiral, he fought many battles against the Republic, until the fall of the CIS and the rise of the Empire. When the Clone Wars ended, Sooth was abled a War Criminal and was arrested by Imperial authorities and was sentenced a lifetime in prison. He spent 6 years in the Imperial prison, being treated harshly by the Imperials security as they are xenophobic towards any alien inmates, however as fate would have it, Sooth was released from Prison by Jaune Arc, and offered Sooth a position to be apart of his fleet. Due to Sooth's past experience in naval battles and including the fact he used to be an Admiral, he was given the position as Captain in Jaune's fleet, in his Providence-Class Dreadnought, "The Imperial One". Sooth also requested that majority of his crew and his soldiers to be all CIS Battle Droids, because the crew and Storm Troopers that were given by Jaune were very xenophobic and discriminative to Sooth for being a former-CIS Admiral and an Alien. However there were only a few a Storm Trooper squads that respects Sooth, which they are allowed to stay in Sooth's ship.
Sooth also prefers his Starfighters to be Droid Fighters, he gives his reason that the Empire's Standard Starfighter, the TIE-Fighter is like a flying coffin for the Imperial Pilots and reasoned that Droid Fighters would lower lost of organic life as he doesn't view his Organic Troopers as expandable Canon Fodder.
Sooth is very calculative, and an amazing strategist, he didn't earn his rank as Admiral of the CIS for nothing. He is somewhat loyal to the Empire or the Emperor, But he is very loyal to Jaune and respects him, and would sometimes act as an Military advisor to Jaune.
