I ripped it off the wall and opened it the note. It said.
I'm sorry I left. again. Tsunade sent me back to find out information because I am the only on Orochimaru trusts. I thought I should tell you because you'll get crazy and try to bring me back. I put my phone down and flopped onto the couch. I grunted as I hit the couch with a loud thud.

I decided to get up and walk to the Hokage building. When I got there I just walked into Baa-Chan's office without knocking.
"Naruto! Ever heard of knocking!?"
"Nope. I'm here because I need something from you."

"Really. ok well we are going to have to do tests at the hospital."
"Alright. Are you busy now?"
"No we can go now." she closed a book and we walked to the hospital.
We walked into one of the rooms and she sat me down. She took some different tests that I don't understand and left the room.
"Hnn." I sat there is silence.
After a while she came back.
"Ok I have the results."
"Who is it tell me~"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes!"
She took a deep breath.
"The father is Sasuke."
