Part 6: The beginning of the end/quick announcement

A/N: alright first off I meant to have this part out yesterday, but my wi-fi broke down and my dad has finally repaired it and second off, I'm really sorry for everyone that has enjoyed this story and my other one, but just don't get your hopes up because I'll have like 2 or 3 more parts after this because I'm not gonna lie I had no idea where this story was heading since I made it and it seems like I've already made it to a part where stuff would just be pointless filler now and after this I'm doing one more destiny book before doing division 2 for a while, so with that I'll let you guys enjoy this part and I thank you guys for all the support so far

Logan POV

We finally have the power to strike back at the vanguard so me, Atheon, Cherry, Jake, Y/N and Ruin, and all of Y/Ns generals with mine were in a room where we were making a plan

Logan: Alright Y/N, you have the tower schematics right?

Y/N: Got them right here, and where's Drifter?

Logan: Watching the kids, I knew if he wasn't watching Them then they would just bother us the whole time

Atheon: Anyways, I believe Panoptes has set up a simulation where we can plan out a strategy to take down the vanguard, so follow

TIMESKIP by Drifter playing hide and seek with the kids

Panoptes: Alright, the simulation layout is going to be made up of the data scouted from our Harpy's and Y/N's scouts and I have set it up so that you will participate in the simulation and we will review the data as needed to make a successful battle plan

Logan: Alright lets get to work...

TIMESKIP

After getting our ass handed to us by Panoptes simulation we were looking for what we did wrong

Logan: alright let's see we'll we all started in the same place so that isn't right and we should split up into sectors with assigned groups in each one

Y/N: I've already got my formations set up with my troops so we will attack from the East and.l North side while you go from the West and South side, see you later Logan!

As Y/N left I started to assign leaders and make a plan

Logan: Ok Atheon you have one of the more simple roles, I need you to stay back and look through the eyes of harpy's that are above downed guardians and place loop traps right on the ghost

Atheon: I got it

Logan: Next up are Sekrion and Zydron, Sekrion I want you to create cover for our soldiers as you move forward and I want Zydron to hang a little bit behind and prevent guardians from destroying our portals to bring in reinforcements on that side

Zydron/Sekrion: Yes lord Logan

Logan: A small group I want to be placed in the south-west area will be a Sniper group led by Brakion who will receive assistance from Protheon sending out various troops and sending out bombers to take out their turrets

Brakion/protheon: As you wish

Logan: Our last team will be Panoptes and Templar who will come front
He south by unleashing constant vex across all timelines as Templar stays behind and gives us intel through the oracles

Panoptes/Templar: Sounds like a plan

Logan: That wraps everything up so all of you get prepared and do whatever for the rest of the day while I talk to my kids real quick...

Me and Atheon went to where Drifter was only to find him unconscious on the floor as I saw FESSA TAKING MY CHILDREN!!

Logan: GIVE ME MY CHILDREN BACK NOW!!

She turned around and saw
Me in my true form and she quickly ran off and escaped right before I could grab her

Logan: *Falls on knees and slams fists on the ground* SHE TOOK THEM, ILL KILL HER FOR THAT!!

Drifter was starting to get up as Atheon was comforting me about how we will get them back

Drifter: Logan? W-What happened? One moment I'm watching the rascals and then I wake up here on the ground?

Logan: *Sighs* It was Fessa, I know you care about them as much as I do so we'll take them back together I promise Drifter...

Drifter: Thank you Logan...honestly if I didn't meet you I'd still just be alone on my derelict drinking my sorrows away...but you took me off that path and gave me something better, a family so I'm with u till the very end

Logan: Thank you Drifter now get some rest, We have a busy day tomorrow...
