Byun Baekhyun never thought that the happiest day would also be the worst for him. It was like a string of happiness or euphoria as they say. It was still unbelievable that a few hours ago he was the happiest and now he wants nothing but to switch places with his badly injured mom who's just lying on the bed while smiling weakly at him.
"So... Is he your boyfriend?" His mom points at Chanyeol who then stood up and bowed
"Yes, hello Mrs. Byun. It's a pleasure to meet my mother in law." Chanyeol joked and his mom grinned.
"You got a straightforward man right here Baekkie, I'm proud of you. But you still remember the deal right?" His mom asked him and Baekhyun nodded.
"I'll transfer at the end of the school year mom. I'll make you proud I promise so don't you even think of doing something stupid mum." Baekhyun jokes earning a smack on the head from his mum
"This is nothing your mom can't handle. I'm a tough woman Baekhyun and you know that." Mrs. Byun grinned widely at the couple.
"Uhmm excuse me mom but if you don't mind me asking... What was the deal?" Mrs Byun's eyes stared widely at Baekhyun trying to look for an explanation
"I forgot to tell him..." Baekhyun sighed and looked at Chanyeol.
"Chanyeol I need to study abroad till I graduate."
