A trance. That's exactly what I was in when I looked at YN, how could someone be so beautiful and not even know it. Her smile was absolutely one of her best features. Ah! What am I thinking.
She is my best friend, I shouldn't even have these type of thoughts about her. Yet I couldn't help but to, she was my definition of perfect.
I just want to tell her in the hopes that she will return my feelings, but what if she doesn't? What if I mess up out years of friendship for trying to make us something more? I was so afraid of this that I messed everything up anyways.
" Hey Dodo!, " She spoke coming up to me with a huge smile, and in return I said nothing to her.
" Not talking to me because I didn't answer your call last night, I'm sorry you know how hard I was studying for Henderson's test. I was literally out like a light. " She said with a laugh.
Butterflies. I had to keep my feelings in tact, one false move and I'll blow and mess up. I was trying to distance us for a time so that I could get over these feelings.
Once they were gone we'd be able to go on normally.
" Hey Doyoung what's up with you, why am I getting the silent treatment?, " She asked following me.
The entire day she kept questioning me, to which I kept ignoring her. Seeing those big brown sad eyes at my actions made it that much harder for me to avoid her and at least try to get over her.
Once it was the end of the day I walked out of the school only to be pulled by YN roughly.
" Doyoung tell me what's going on? You've been giving me the cold shoulder all day? I feel like you're closing me out, I feel like I'm owed an explanation!, " She said exploding on me.
" I don't want to be your friend anymore alright! I'm tired of it, can't you tell obviously? Now would you just get off my back about it. " I yelled at her, and realized my mistake when I saw her eyes gloss over.
She had grabbed her wrist taking off our shared matching bracelet before throwing it at me.
" To think that I actually began to really like you. " She said before pushing past the crowd around us and walking off.
I stood stunned before picking up the bracelet and holding it in my hands with a deep sigh.
