"This movie is getting boring," Beverly yawned as she rolled over. She was laying down in the floor below the couch, now resting her head on Ben's lap.

"That's true," Stanley looked over to Bill.

Bill sighed. "What else would you guys want to watch?"

Bill and Stan sat together in a big recliner, leaving Eddie and I on the sofa. Mike headed home early, I don't remember his excuse as to why he left.

"Actually," Bev sat up. "I'm going to head in. I feel exhausted." She yawned, standing up.

"Me too," Ben stood with her. I feel like he has a crush on the girl.

The two headed off upstairs.

Bill looked across Stan and to Eddie and I. "You guys staying up?" He asked.

Eddie nodded. "Yeah, I feel wide awake." He sighed.

I nodded. "I'll keep him company," I chuckled.

Stan gave Eddie a sus look again. "You two have fun, but not too much fun." He stood, walking behind Bill as the two disappeared upstairs.

Eddie yawned. "I feel jet lagged." He rested his head on the couch. He was dressed in a t-shirt and shorts, as am I.

"How come?" I asked, shifting to look at him.

He shrugged. "I have no idea. I'm bored and want to sleep, but I'm wide awake and not tired?" He sighed.

I chuckled. "Wanna chat?" I asked.

He shook his head. "No," he said. "But I do want you to hold me." He looked up to me.

I smirked. I opened my arms.

He happily made his way into my chest, laying out, resting his head under my chin. "You're so comfy," he yawned.

I chuckled, wrapping my arms around him. "I know." I cooed.

He giggled as he wrapped his arms around my torso. He looked up at me. "This doesn't make me a bad person, does it?" He asked quietly.

I shook my head. "No, Eds. It doesn't. Me? Probably." I said, trying to lighten the mood.

He smiled softly. "Can we sleep here?" He yawned.

"Of course, Eddie." I kissed his forehead. I gently ran my thumb on his smooth skin that was exposed. "Is your high school life hard?" I questioned, thinking back to earlier tonight.

He shrugged lazily. "A little, but it's nothing I can't handle," he chuckled, moving his head around to get comfortable again.

I chuckled softly.

"Why do you ask?" He hummed into my neck.

I shrugged lightly. "I just feel like high school for me was shit, just wanted to know what it's like for someone like you." I said.

"Like me?" He questioned quietly.

"Someone so sweet and paranoid, Eds!" I tickled him lightly.

He giggled a little and squirmed around. "I just take precautions!" He sighed dramatically.

I chuckled as he settled back down, relaxing into me once more. "I've got work tomorrow," I sighed out. "I take it you've got school?" I hummed.

He nodded. "Yeah, but maybe you can walk me there?" He looked up at me.

I smiled at him. "Yeah, I'd love to! What about the others?" I asked.
