Being a little and age regressing is NOT the same thing!
A little is someone who does it as a lifestyle. They typically have trouble going into little space if they are worried about something or are having bad thoughts.
Age regressing is where someone uses it to escape their bad thoughts. They do it as an escape and not so much as a lifestyle.
Both use it as a coping skill. The difference is that littles do it as a lifestyle, age regressors don't do it as a lifestyle.
