So, this was my first request, requested by SparkleNinja_17 Thank you for requesting!!!!!!!

Prompt: You're on a hunt with Dean and Sam, and while you're in the backseat, Castiel appears.

Blood, sweat, and some green substance covered you. Wendigos would never, ever be on your top favorite things to hunt list. Between the way they smelled, the way they looked, and how fast they were it was like trying to kill a ghost. Only the ghosts you and the boys hunted were much easier to get rid of than you would think.

With a grimace of disgust, you wiped away a line of slime that hung just under your left cheekbone.

"We really need new jobs." You told the boys, leaning up on the middle of the seats. "Maybe we could start a band."

Sam chuckled lightly, turning his head to look out the window. Metallica was playing quietly in the background, causing Dean to thump his fingers to the beat.

"And then who would save the world?"
Dean asked bitterly, although a small smile was still present on his face.

You let out a groan. "Guys, can we have one conversation without it leading to the current events?"

Dean let out a small, sarcastic "sorry" before his attention went back to the road.

"Can we chill for the weekend?" You questioned, rubbing your forehead. "We haven't had a break in forever, and my wrist is hurting kind of bad."

While you were hunting the wendigo, it had caught you off guard, and caused you to slightly flail your arms. In doing so, your already sprained wrist slammed into the wendigo, and now you had another broken limb.

Dean rolled his eyes at you, a scoff leaving his lips. "No, (Y/N). We don't have time to sit around and take mud baths all weekend."

You frowned, absentmindedly reaching over and scratching the blue-colored makeshift cast. A dull itch was residing in the bone, and sadly you couldn't get to it.

"So, I think that there might be a case Ohio," Sam began, "It says that three girls have gone missing from their homes and then their boyfriends were murdered. The girls still haven't turned up."

"Definitely sounds like us." Dean grinned, only to have a confused look come onto his face as he turned to Sam. "Hey, have you heard from Cas lately?"

Sam shook his head. Castiel was the Angel that had pulled Dean from Hell and was now helping us to stop the Apocalypse. Although the boys had talked to Cas on many occasions, you still had yet to meet him. Dean smirked over at Sam, giving you a wink.

"Oh Castiel," He prayed over dramatically. "Please appear. We must talk to you."

Suddenly a whoosh was heard. At first you didn't pay it any attention, figuring it was just the sound of the wind going by the car. But soon you felt someone staring at you, and since Dean and Sam were both looking forward, you knew it wasn't either of them.

Slowly, you turned your head to the left, your eyes locking with a pair of dark blue ones. You stared at the man for a moment, before a small squeal left your lips. Dean swerved slightly, yelling out at you. Quickly, you pulled your silver knife from your boot and went to hold it against the man's neck. To your dismay, he reached out and halted your wrist.

His grip was tight, and his expression was confused. Eyes still locked, you swung your broken wrist towards his face, only for him to stop it once again.

"Dean!" You exclaimed slightly, not taking your eyes off the strong stranger. A whimper left your lips as his grip on your hurt arm tightened, pain rushing through your veins. Upon hearing the noise, his grip lessened.

Dean quickly pulled over, Sam and him both shoving open their doors and coming to your rescue.

Dean pulled open the door beside the man, grabbing his upper arms and pulling him out onto the grass. the second the stranger's grip was off of you, you lunged, only for Sam's arms to wrap around your waist.

He tugged you to the side of the car where Dean was helping the guy stand up.

Dean turned to you. "(Y/N), this is Cas. Cas, this is (Y/N)." he introduced rolling his eyes.

You frowned in the realization that you had just attempted to murder an angel, an angel that had saved Dean, at that.

"Uh, sorry about that." You apologized awkwardly, pulling Sam's arms off you. "You scared me a bit."

Castiel nodded, simply staring at you. Slowly, his gaze drifted down to where the ugly cast sat. He walked forward suddenly, causing you to nearly step back.

"I mean no harm." He said simply, before reaching three fingers to your forehead.

A bright light slowly erupted from his finger tips, causing you to slam your eyes closed. A tingling erupted on your wrist, and soon the feeling was completely gone. It didn't hurt or anything. It just felt like the other did at the moment. As soon as the light was gone, you opened your eyes.

"What was that?" You asked, seeing a tilt in the angel's lips.

"I healed you." He replied, simply.

With a small thanks, you climbed back into the car, pulling off the cast as you did so. Soon, Dean and Sam were back upfront, and Cas was in the back with you.

The rest of the way to the hotel, the two of you talked about the things you had experienced, sharing small laughs as you did so.
