THE SECRET TUNNEL

TRYING AGAIN

Morning was fast approaching
and Maven and the girl were ready to go.

The girl wasn't as cheerful as before anymore.

"What could be wrong with her" Maven thought

Morning finally came and the girls rose up to go when the woman stopped them and gave them two necklaces to help them in the battle ahead

"Thank you Mother" Maven and the girl said

"Now go" The woman said

They journeyed back to the tunnel
And as they were going, ropes came out and wanted to drag Maven when the girl sharply cut the rope with her knife.

"That was close and thank you" Maven said

"We really need to be careful throughout the journey" She said

Then they heard some noise at their back.

Only to turn to find a hungry lion

"Oh no" Maven said

As she said that, lasers came out of her eyes and blasted the lion

She was surprised again and looked at herself.

"You saved us again" The girl said

" The coat given to you is a very powerful one and shouldn't be misused inorder not to lose it's powers

"Oh I see, so the coat has been very helpful to me" Maven said

"It protects the one who wears it" She said

"I love it already" Maven replied

"Yeah you are so lucky to have it"  The girl said

They got back to the front of the tunnel

"We made it" Maven shouted

"Yes we did" She said

And almost immediately, the tunnel closed up just as they were about to enter

"Oh no" Maven said.

"You are gonna solve this problem this time around" The girl said

"What!" Maven replied

"How" Maven continued

"Find out, that's why I told ya to watch and learn. So find out" The girl said

"I would be waiting" she concluded

"Oh no how would I" Maven thought

"Tick Tick Tick Tick" The girl said

Then, something took Maven away just like a trance and she saw when the girl was trying to open the bush at the holy forest.

Maven watched closely and saw the girl muttering some words

"MATRA LO SCARTAR" The girl said repeatedly.

Then, Maven woke up from the trance, stood up boldly and repeated the same words

Then suddenly a bright light shone from her robe and the tunnel opened up

"Yes, I did it" Maven shouted

"Good job, keep it up" The girl said

" Good you kept a close watch" The girl concluded with a smile

" Now we need to get the sacred stone but many dangers are ahead" She finally said

" We would conquer" Maven said boldly
