SOUGO Tokiwa, aka the original Sougo Tokiwa. He created present Sougo to attract his enemies so his plan on replacing the Heisei Era with a new one can succeed. Just like Ohma Zi-O he can tap into a Legendary Riders' power, such as using J Ridewatch to make himself into giant and Biorider Ridewatch to liquify himself. He has a Revolcane-like sword and he can summon it from his belt.
Zonjis in this case can tap into Legendary Riders' power, such as using Roborider Ridewatch to shoot missiles from his chest....literally to defeat Zero One.
Barlckxs' finisher is "Barlckxs Time Break!"
His name is an anagram of Black RX, and his suit is a reuse of Black RX. Additionally Black RX, Roborider, Biorider Ridewatches are slotted in his Ridewatch Holder.
Difference between SOUGO and Sougo, is that his name is caps locked.
His goal to replace Heisei Era with new one so he can gain more power. Just like any other classic villains who wants powers in my opinion.
