Her name is Azu officially spelled As, is a messenger of the Ark who heavily resembles Izu.
If you guys watched Zero-One President Special Part 1 and 2, she made a cameo. In the special of Zero-One (President Special part 1 and 2 of course), In the satellite of Zea Aruto was there including Azu who is acting as Izu claiming that she lost her data about MetsubouJinrai.net in hope for Aruto to tell her all battle so far to collect combat data. Azu's acting finally revealed by Aruto since Aruto is already suspicious enough why "Izu" was acting strange, Azu claim that she is the messenger of Ark, the purpose of all combat data she gained form Aruto was to help Ark's awakening.
