It was almost midnight and everyone was asleep. Pixal and Mr E got back from their date a few hours ago so it was a good time to put Jay's plan into action.
Zane slipped a little envelope under Pixal's door and then tip toed away.
Pixal was still awake and stressing out quite a bit. She knew that she had to make her final decision quickly but she really didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. It was then that she noticed the blue envelope. She walked over to it a read it.
Meet me on the deck at precisely midnight. I really need to talk with you Pixal.

She felt herself blush just reading Zane's name. It was completely illogical to have these sort of feelings but she couldn't help but wonder what Zane wanted to talk with her about.

Pixal snuck out of her room and crept along the corridor. She stepped onto the deck and was immediately taken aback by the sheer beauty that was surrounding her.
All over the bounty were strings of yellow lights, making it look more beautiful than anything.

Pixal walked around the deck in aw. It was all so bright and sweet. "I can't believe Zane would do all of this for me." She said under her breath. "I would do anything for you Pixal." She turned around and saw Zane standing there. "Zane.... I can't believe this. It's.. beautiful." "I'm glad you like it." The ice ninja said. "So did you ask me to come out here so you could try to convince me to choose you over E?" Pixal guessed. Zane blushed a light shade of blue. "Well.... no. I just noticed that you seem rather stressed about the decision." He said "I just don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but I know the longer I take, the more you're both getting hurt physically." "What do you mean?" "The fight you two had yesterday. If that went on any longer then one of you could have sustained serious damage." "But that's not your burden to bare, Pixal. It was stupid of us to start fighting over you. It's your choice on who you would rather go out with. Weather it be me, Mr E or neither of us."
Pixal hadn't thought about choosing neither of them. She thought it would have been a silly option because then both of them would have been hurt.
"You should be basing your decision on what you think we want or what the team wants. This is your decision Pixal and no one else's. Despite how different me and E are we both want the same thing. For you to be happy." "So what are you saying Zane?" "I'm saying, that if you think you will be happier with Mr E then you should be with Mr E. and if it's what you know you want then I will be happy for you Pixal. But I promise that I won't ever stop loving you." "So your telling me that you don't mind who I choose?" "Im telling you exactly what you wanted to hear. One of us giving in."
Pixal went up to Zane and wrapped her arms around him, giving him a warm hug. Zane hugged her back. "Oh Zane. How could I have been so stupid?" She said looking deeply into his eyes "Wh-what do you mean..?" "I shouldn't have had to think twice over who to choose." "S-so Mr E is your choice?" Zane asked, quite confused "Oh Zane, YOU are my choice!" She said, tightly hugging him.
Zane felt his heart flutter in his chest. He made a mental note to thank Jay later. He picked her up off the ground and spun her around in his arms. After a while They both sat down on the floor and Pixal leaned on Zane's chest.
"Pixal?" Zane asked "Yes Zane?" "I... I was wondering if it was alright if we... if we kissed?" Zane asked, shakily. Pixal didn't respond. She just smiled up at the ice ninja. "I would like that very much." She said.
Zane put his hand under her chin and she wrapped her arms around his neck. As their head inched closer, their eyes slowly shut until they felt the warm lips of the other pressed against their own. Pixal ran her fingers through Zane's silver hair as Zane put his hands around her waist.
They pulled away from the kiss and stared dreamily into each other's eyes. "That was..." "Amazing..." Pixal said.
Then out of nowhere they heard lighting and thunder. Then it started to rain really heavily. The two droids ran inside quickly and, not wanting to be apart just yet, went into Pixal's room.
The two lay on top of Pixal's bed, listening to the rain hit the window. Pixal had her arms around Zane and he was gently stroking her hair. He could tell Pixal was asleep and sighed peacefully. He put his arms around her and drifted off to sleep.
