Emily's POV
My mom was coming to town, and I was not in the mood to see her this week. The boys were leaving tomorrow and mom was staying here to take care of the house. I couldn't go with the boys because I had school.

I can't complain to the boys on the phone about mom, when their away to Hawaii, but as a Grayson would call it their "off the grid location", they won't be able to have their phones on them, and they won't answer unless it was an emergency.

I was doing Tik Tok in the family room while Grayson was making my after school snack. It was Tuesday afternoon and the boys were about to film a video for their challenge this week.

Grayson: Emily, can you go do that in your room please?
Emily: wait, wait. I almost got this dance down.
Grayson: you know Ethan and I are filming again. We just got a big break, this video needs to be up as soon as possible
Emily: I thought you two weren't doing schedule anymore?
Grayson: we aren't, but we would like to get this video down and over with
Emily: o-okay
Grayson: take your lunch with you
Emily: wait, you mean I can eat in my room?
Grayson: yes but make sure to dump your garbage in the kitchen not your garbage missy, I want no bugs in your room
Emily: YES! I mean yes sir

I kiss his cheek and grabbed my grilled cheese sandwich and milk that was on the tray he gave me, along with my phone and headed to my room.

After I finished my homework, it was late at night and I went to check to see how the boys were doing. Their videographer Ricky and Kyle was here to help the boys with the challenge their doing for their video. They weren't allowed to use their phones.

Emily: I finish my homework
Grayson: do I need to look at it?
Emily: wow, you two must be bored if you're asking me if you want to check my homework. *sits on the couch with Grayson* I have not once seen you two pick up a book since I got here
Ethan: we read books
Emily: oh please, you boys don't even own books which why for my book report I had to go to the library to pick out my own books
Grayson: go to bed
Emily: it's not my bedtime yet
Grayson: well I'm telling you to go to bed
Emily: you go to bed

I squealed when Grayson went to grabbed me, but I got up and went over to Ethan on the other side of the couch, because they were both sitting on each side of the couches.

Emily: Ethan... Grayson being mean to me...
Ethan: don't worry about him bug, he's just mad he can't use his phone
Emily: but I can *holds up phone*
Grayson: not for long

I squeak and got up and ran around the couch as Grayson came after me to try and grab my phone.

Day 2... Wednesday

I woke up early in the morning to get ready for school. It was 6:00 am in Los Angeles, California and I had to get myself up ready for school today since Grayson and Ethan can't use their phones to put their alarm on. I guess they weren't smart to buy an alarm clock like I did.

I did my business this morning, you know my usual morning routine, and went to make breakfast, but mom already beat me to it.

Emily: hello Lisa
Mom: *turns to me and gave me a look* Emily Clarissa...

I knew what that meant...

Emily: *sighs* mom...
Mom: *sighs* look I know you're mad at me for sending you off here, but I have my reason
Emily: you didn't want to deal with someone else child
Mom: Emily...
Emily: no I get it, if dad was still alive right now, he would have been disappointed. If you don't mind, I would like to make my own breakfast this morning
