I woke up in an unfamiliar room, feeling nothing but pain

(She didnt loose her memories okay?)

Seeing an unfamiliar country on the side of the bed I lightly tapped her shoulder her flag was just like Czech's flag but the white and blue were switched and she has a sun with eight rays and stars at its points

Alam ko alam ng mga pinoy dito ito

"Oh your awake" I was about to stand up but she quickly held my shoulder, preventing me from standing up. "You should rest, me and my siblings found you floating in the river unconscious" I nod as a response and she gave me a sweet smile, I instanty remembered HIM when he used to smile at me while holding hands under the northern lights

"Fin, its beautiful, thanks for showing me this" I held his hand tightly as he smiled at me "Your Welcome Snowflake" He then pulled me into a hug which I gladly returned, I looked up at him, not wanting this to end "Fin, can you promise me something?" He looked at me and gave me a quick peck on the cheek "Of course, what is it?" I took a deep breath before finally telling him "Will you promise to always love me and only me?" He smiled at me once more and pulled me into a kiss "I promise".

End of a corny flashback

I started to tear up as I felt the flowers in my throat, I turned over to the country next to me, She shot me a confused look before holding my shoulder "Hey you okay? You dont look so good" I really didnt want to respond, the flowers were suffocating me, I covered my mouth using my mouth as I stood up.

I looked at the country once again who looked much more confused than before, I could'nt hold it in anymore, I started to cough out full flowers with splashes of blood on them, I collapsed on the ground, still coughing, the country infront of me gasped and ran out of the room screaming "Ate, Kuya, tulong!!"

Everything suddenly got blurry until all of it just went Dark

My vision started to recover, I woke up in a white room where I saw that country with 2 more people and a person who looked like a doctor 'I guess I'm in the hospital' I sit up in on the bed and rubbed my head "Ugghhh my head hurts" I continue to rub my head until they finally noticed that I was awake "Its good that your awake now miss?" I look up and saw the doctor holding her clipboard while looking at me "Estonia..." the woman just nodded and wrote something on her clipboard then looked at the 3 other persons in the room "I'll give you guys a few minuites to discuss about it" I quickly got confused but decided to bot ask about it while the there just nodded and with that the woman left leaving me with 3 complete strangers.

They started walking to me wich obviously made me nervous, "Hi my name is Philippine and these are my older siblings, Ate Martial and Kuya Del Pilar"

I see Martial as a girl okay?

She smiled at me and gave me a small wave wich I returned "Im Estonia, by the way what was that lady talking about you guys and me discussing?" they all looked at eachother until Philippine gave a small sigh "She was talking about your Hanahaki" I froze, while remembering the moment I collapsed earlier while coughing up some flowers
"W-what about it?" I stutter, clearly showing sihns of nervousness "As you can see its really affecting your health and...." she puased, and looked at Martial who sighed and faced me "Your going to die if you dont remove it in with in 48 hours" I felt time stop, "Im going to die?" that tought circlled around my mind until I felt a light tap on t shoulder, I look up and saw Del gt irving ne a worried look "So? Have you made up your mind if you want to remover rem or not?" I looked away, simento holding back my tears as I tought about my decision, I instanty remembered Ireland confessing her love for Finland wich made me cry, I looked up at the ceiling, looking at the light and gave a long sigh

"I'll do it, when's the surgery?"
