The bones started to crackle then the fur started to disappear , the nails started to shorten, the teeth started to shrink.

I am sitting in my office chair, completely frozen from head to toe, eyes wide, hands on table, goosebumps all over my body, currently staring at my blank laptop screen since 5 minutes.

where exactly am I? What is this place? Why is this place? Who are these people? I have never... NEVER in my dreams have heard about them! How have we not known? Or is it me?? Humans have not known about half the world since start!! But why not me?? There is no mention of these species or creatures in wandee!! I....... I don't understand!

He first glared at me,like I have asked for both of his kidneys. Then he took a deep breath squinting his eyes between his fingers and sighed!

"These are the files that u need to study regarding the projects. Read then by tomorrow. These green files need to be corrected. These are like warm ups."

I again gave a fake polite innocent smiley face.

I did the corrections needed in 4 hours. It actually was a work of 2 hours but my mind was going back to the stuff I saw in the forest.

I started reading the files, it was 2:30 by then, way past lunch time. Great first day to make friends and missed it. God dammit! Why didn't no one invite me??? Don't these people talk??? Weird!!

What am I even saying? This whole goddamn place is weird!

I went to the cafeteria made myself some coffee, took some sandwich and headed back to my cabin, while doing so one person was continuously staring at me. I mean I know I am pretty but....... Ah don't make it so obvious!!!

He wasn't checking me out but his gaze told me he was studying me!! Did he find out about the forest incident?? Does he know who I am? Why is he staring? Act normal nandini......... Act NORMAL!!!!
