• making fun of bill's stutter, slut shaming beverly, burping in eddie's face, making fun of stan for being jewish, weight shaming ben, and calling richie homophobic slurs, that's what they always did

• you felt so bad for them, the losers had never done anything to them and they didn't deserve it

• so you did the only rational thing you could think of and marched your fine self up to them, and let me give you the run down (bc i'll probably write a one-shot on this), you socked mr henry right in the side of the face

• they really couldn't believe that someone had finally given bowers a taste of his own medicine

• then slowly over a few torturous months, he actually has multiple, more than 3 word, conversations with you mm hot

• SLOWLY over time you eventually start to maybe...... like him

• and maybe he did bc he doesn't torture kids nearly as much as he used to

• no way in hell he's letting his baby be even remotely close to that man

• you don't really know about what butch does until henry comes to you with a black eye and busted lip

• he tried to tell you that he got in a fight with patrick

• but henry had always been a shit liar
