Dear white people,

hair
/her/
Learn to pronounce
noun
1.
any of the fine threadlike strands growing from the skin of humans, mammals, and some other animals.

Nope.

See, that may be how YOUR hair is defined but black people's hair goes way more deeper than that.

Black hair is used to show black culture by creating different braiding techniques and designs.

Our hair is art.

1. It takes us a LONG time to straighten and polish our crowns so, what makes you think that we want you guys to smudge it with your dirty finger prints?

2. IF, I use this word with great reluctance, by the luck of baby Jesus that we would ever in a million years let you even graze our hair, why would you EVER fix your mouths to say things of this nature:

"Why is it so dry?"

"You need to moisturize this stuff."(THIS STUFF? REALLY??)

"This will look so much better straightened."

The list goes on and on...

Think of our hair like a display. A fragile, fine, and marvelous display in a museum.

Our hair is for show ONLY!!

You don't go to a museum and start touching statues and paintings, so don't touch our crowns.

That's it for now...
