Darkstripe's innocence

You all think I tried to kill Sorreltail when she was a kit with Deathberries right? No I wasn't! I was accused of doing that. Think I'm lying don't you? I'll tell you the story.

It all started at the gathering. I heard Tigerclaw saying he's going to kill a cat with Deathberries. I never liked him, really. He forced me into joining him.

So anyway, I decided to hide those Deathberries. I sneaked back to camp and stole them from the medicine cat den.

Just as I was going to bury it in the ground, Sorrelkit pounced on me.

"You big monster!" She squeaked. Stomping on my tail. I yowled in pain and shoved her away.

She then spied the berries and tried to shove them in my mouth. I pushed her off and proceeded to bury them.

Just then, the clan returned. Sorrelkit purred softly and took a deathberry and put it in front of her. "Help! Darkstripe is giving me Deathberries!"

I widened my eyes as the clan scurried over.

"You are banished from the clan." I heard the leader say. I shook my head and spied a pair of glowing eyes burning into mine.

"Tigerclaw.." I whispered and ran away.
