Before Nomi was ever in JYP Entertainment, she was a trainee at PLEDIS Entertainment for 3 years and 1 month. She finally made her debut as NØAMI on February 26, 2015 with her single "Why Why", it peaked at 48th on the Gaon Music Chart. Only after 9 months, Nomi decided to quit due to her being forced to do sexual concepts at 17 year old ( still a minor in Korea ). Afterwards, she joined YG Entertainment but was let go after a couple of months, with seemingly no where to go Nomi gave up, gave up on trying anymore. As she was passing by on the street she saw that JYP Entertainment were having auditions, something pushed her to go inside. There she preformed "LOVEGAME" (since she knew the dance ) and was accepted, now we know her as the successful, beautiful Kpop soloist.
