The summon

After lunch all three went to the informal parlor.

Harry remembering his letter from Amelia Bones smiles suddenly and looked with intense eyes at his godfather. Sirius noticing the look gave him his full attention. "Yesterday Amelia Bones the current Head of DMLE send me a letter a mere hour after she received mine. She wrote that she will make a summon in the Daily Prophet for you, you are to represent yourself Siri in three days at 9 am. in her office and she promised me your safety as well as a fair trail." Sirius grinned at that and nodded. Curious about the prophet Harry called Dobby and asked for one Kopie. Receiving it he looked trough it noticing the many articles slandering him finally but at front page was in fact the summon. Reading it out loud

"My name is Amelia Bones and I'm the Head of the DMLE. Yesterday I have been made aware of a mistake these before me made and wish to retrieve the injustice.
The fugitive Sirius Orion Black III, current Lord Black hasn't received a trail 15 years ago. I summon him to present himself to me in my office in three days 9 am. sharp, I promise you Lord Black you safety until the trail, what the outcome will be we will have to see. Such injustice even if found guilty is still unacceptable, what if we imprisonment an innocent man for 12 years of hell?!
The ministry will make an official announcement after the trial. Good day!"

Remus once again spoke first "well she sure has her ways with words. That was a nice speech. Now Padfoot you just need to go to the ministry tell the true and you will have you life back. Cub will you be sitting on your seat?" Harry looked up from the paper he still read
"no, I think they would say I'm too involved with the case but I will be sitting in the guest gallery. I need to write to the lawyer Ragnarock gave me the name of, as well as to write to him and ask about the shares I want in Daily Prophet. I'm going to change this paper and forbid them to slander people like that unless it's true. You can stay here as long as you wish and you can come whenever you wish, these portkey's are permanent and I have guest room prepare for you. If you need anything call Mimi I assigned her to you two because you need some nursing." With that Harry stood up and went to his study. Remus and Sirius both make themselves more comfortable and spent a few hours catching up. Some time later Sirius needed to return less some notice his absence.  Remus decided to stay with their cub and went to his beloved books.
