"Whoa," Kaycee said to herself after Sean's confession

"Yeah... whoa," Sean said

"I... um..." Kaycee said as she was at a loss of words

"Can I come in?" Sean asked as they were still in the door frame of her apartment

"Oh yes yes come in come in," Kaycee said finally realizing, she let him in closed the door and immediately rushed to the kitchen "Water?" as she poured herself a cup

"Uh no thanks," Sean said as he watched Kaycee chug a glass of water "Are you ok?"

"Fine, just fine," Kaycee said

"You seem... panicked" Sean said

"No, I'm not!" Kaycee said louder than she would have liked "Sorry, adrenaline"

"It's ok," Sean said walking over to her

"Yeah you... surprised me," Kaycee said calming herself down

"So..." Sean said as he grabbed both her hands with both of his

"So...?" Kaycee said confused

"I... said what I said and you didn't respond," Sean said

"..." Kaycee said as her eyes widened remembering what he said "Sean... I..."

"I guess I did just bring this out of thin air," Sean said "But frankly ever since you've been back, I can't get you out of my head"

"Sean it's just... it's been so long" Kaycee said "Aren't you ok with just being friends"

"No," Sean said shocking Kaycee "I couldn't do that to myself, continuing to be just friends"

"Sean it's been 4 years," Kaycee said

"Trust me I know," Sean said

"We're two completely different people now," Kaycee said

"No, we're not," Sean said confused as they were still Sean Lew and Kaycee Rice

"I mean we're 22 and 21 were not the same 18 and 17-year-olds when I left," Kaycee said "people change, I've changed"

"You feel the same to me," Sean said "I don't think I've changed"

"Yes, you have," Kaycee said "You dated Jenna, the old you would have never considered that"

"Is that what this is about? Jenna?" Sean said "I'm over her"

"No, I just mean... I don't want you to confuse me with your first girlfriend" Kaycee said referring to her younger self "I'm different and I think you still view me as this 16-17-year-old girl you used to date"

"That's silly," Sean said "Kaycee if you don't love me back then you can just-

"Sean Lew, I love you," Kaycee said stunning Sean "At first I was stunned seeing you then I came back to Earth when I saw you with Jenna"

"Still feel bad that's how you found out," Sean said

"But since you were taken, and we were becoming friends again I fell for you now not the lewser I met years ago," Kaycee said with a smile on her face "To me, you're like a totally different person than you used to be and I love that"
