Animated Story: Jaiden Animations x Male Reader (animator)

Animation- Chapter 1

A/n: well welcome all readers, there's an animated penguin in the picture cuz that's my author name. This book will begin a somewhat official, but not at all official cycle of being out on fridays, I may be a day early or a day late depending on my other stuff.

'I guess this is it huh?' I think too myself as I tape up my last bag. I finished art school and really don't have a reason to stay. Sure my parents, but I want to start my own journey. Plus I just started a YouTube channel where I can post stuff whenever I can, and it's doing ok, well enough for it to be a "job" for a single 18 year old at least. I'm moving to Los Angeles because I got a job as a graphic designer for a big company, just until YouTube actually pays off. Till then I'll be living in a small apartment that isn't much, but it allows pets and is bigger than where i was staying before. So I can't really complain. Anyways my flight is in a couple days so, hopefully I'll be good.

And we landed, being by myself should be somewhat fun, I mean, like I'm a heavy introvert. But I might go insane if I don't have an animal, so I guess I can get one after I'm all done unpacking. Anyways I don't start my new job till next week. So I guess I can start posting more videos. I'm "famous" I guess you could say, with a couple million subs, but not ultra famous. I finished editing my biweekly video of the month (basically you post twice a month) and went to Twitter to post that I landed safe. And now what... I mean the video is going off and it's only 7pm? Well I guess I should eat dinner. I get up, and look inside the empty refrigerator, right, I just landed today. How would it be full. Well I guess that settles it, off to Taco Bell then off to get groceries. So I get in my car and go through the drive through to get Nacho fries and a chicken burrito. After that I go off to the local Target (Fuck Walmart). I get out, get a cart, and go to the fruits first to get mangos and bananas. Just then I see a girl, she has to be my same age, maybe a little bit older and a few inches shorter than me. She looks familiar.

Y/n: excuse me miss, do I know you? You look very familiar and I'm not the best with names.
???: oh uh me? I don't think you personally know me but I'm sure you've seen me on YouTube, my name is Jaiden.
Y/n: oh as in Jaiden Animation?
Jaiden: yep that's the one.
Y/n: oh well I'm sorry, I won't keep you then, I am a fan of your work thou, you know from one animator to another.
Jaiden: wait you animate?
Y/n: sure do, I even have a channel on YouTube.
Jaiden: really? I'm sorry I didn't get your name, you said you were?
Y/n: my name is y/n, y/n y/ln, but just call me y/n.
Jaiden: well y/n, it's not everyday you met someone in the same field as you, actually you remind me of my friend James or TheOdd1sout.
Y/n: really? Well I'll take that as a compliment.
Jaiden: you should, tell you what, I have to go, but I'm having a game night with a couple other animators, James will be there as will I of course.
Y/n: oh yea that sounds like a blast, it would be nice to met some new folks since I just moved here.
Jaiden: wait really? Wow ok well then it's official, here give me your phone. Ok and that's me. Text me just so I can save your contact. It was nice to met you y/n, I look forward to seeing you soon.
Y/n: like wise.

Huh, well that was interesting. After that, I finished my shopping and checked out. I bought dog food because let's be real, I'll have a dog by the end of the week. Anyways, I got back, put the food away, and sat down to play some video games. Life is going pretty good right now for me. I still have awhile till I start working and made a new friend. I pull out my phone to see my video hit a couple million views. Huh, maybe I won't even need another job. Oh well I can get to that bridge when I get there. After a few more hours, I plug in my phone, worked out, and took a shower. All this is something I'm actually quite proud of because I normally don't have a ton of motivation. Eventually I let my tired body hit my bed to go to sleep, knowing I'll have a busy day ahead.

A/n: sorry this chapter was kinda shorter than I anticipated but like there was really nothing else to put in. Regardless I kept my word. Any ways that's it. be nice, stay safe, and like don't get corona.
