Y/n: uh hey Gina...
Gina: y/n?
Y/n: yea look I'm sorry for calling, this was a bad idea.
Gina: no don't go! I wanna know how have you been, how's la, what's new in your life, etc.
Y/n: wait... you aren't mad?
Gina: no! Of course I'm upset that we aren't together anymore, but I'd be even MORE upset if you lost contact with me.
Y/n: oh, I'm sorry...
Gina: it's ok, you are here now, so what's new?
Y/n: uh not much to be honest, look I think the best way for us to become "friends" is to hang out in person, how about you come down next weekend and I'll show you everything huh? My treat.
Gina: wait... really?
Y/n: yea why not?
Gina: oh hells yea, I'll get packed now!
Y/n: ok I'll pick you up alright?
Gina: you're the best!

Well that went a lot better than I thought. Look I know inviting your ex to your new house isn't the smartest idea, but she honestly doesn't have that big of a social life and I've always told her she needs to explore more. It's not like we're dating or anything, she can stay in my guest room, I'm sure everything will work out for the best. Or this idea is literally the worst. I mean, I do kinda miss her and being in a relationship, maybe this is a very bad idea.... oh well nothing I can do about it now. Besides this way we can fix whatever burnt bridge there was before.

Gina: oh it's so nice to see you again I missed you!
Y/n: I guess I kinda missed you too, her let me get your bags. We have a busy weekend ahead.
Gina: ok cool! I have so much I want to see here!

Ok, I'll admit, she's a lot more positive than I remember. Why did we break up again? Oh right cause you moved dingus. Why the hell did you move away from her? It's not like things were bad. Right your job... huh.

Y/n: well Gina this is my new crib, I'll show you to your room.
Gina: nice place y/n, a lot nicer than our old place.
Y/n: yea I like it, uh anyways get comfortable, today is tourist site seeing followed by you meeting some of my new friends... if that's ok.
Gina: oh yea no that sounds great! Let's go get it! I wanna go to a beach!
Y/n: well good, go get ready and of course bring stuff to change into cause that's our first stop.
Gina: hell yea! You know me too well!

This should be a lot of fun...

Y/n: ok you ready?
Gina: almost.... and there! What do you think?
Y/n: uh um... you look... good...
Gina: I'll take that as a outstanding compliment, let's go!
Y/n: alright.

We head out to do our day o' fun and honestly I had so much fun. Gina is just like so fun. I don't know. Anyways it's almost time for our game night at jaidens, so hopefully this goes over well, it not like I'm dating Gina or Jaiden... wait, why do I care about this? It's just a night of hanging with my pals... and my ex... and my uh... I don't really know what Jaiden is? Well whatever I've been looking forward to this night for awhile, I'm sure it will be fine.
