Zelda's Perspective:

I felt Link's arms embrace me from behind as we stared out the window, him placing his chin on my shoulder. His arms hung around my waist, holding me close to his body as we stayed silent. "We should go to Gerudo Village soon," I sighed, shaking my head slowly. "It'll be a long trip down there..."

I went to move from his grip but Link just held tighter to me, causing me to stumble a bit before he yanked me back against him. "I'll ask the Rito guards to pack for us. I wanna show you something." His voice was quiet and he rocked my body slowly, side to side. I could feel his breath on my ear. Moments like this... Well, it was unfair because how could I possibly decline?

"Show me something?" I repeated, unable to stop the small smile from spreading across my lips, my cheeks flushing hot. I think he noticed how squirmy I had gotten because he made sure to move closer to my jaw.

He hummed in agreement at first. "Yeah, come on..." he murmured, even closer, so close I could feel his lips almost touching my skin. He pulled away, and I immediately felt cold without his body there to warm mine, but he took my hand in his and began to leave the Divine Beast. He didn't let go of my hand as we walked off Medoh, when he murmured to the Rito guards, or when he led me in the direction of Revali's training fields but led me down a spiraling rocky path.

"Where are we going?" I asked, stumbling over the rocks clumsily. I couldn't see the bottom quite well, the cold air swirling dust up. He didn't say anything, just looking back and smiling at me in a way that seemed almost wolfish with its mystery and mischievousness. I gripped his hand tighter as I felt the air grow warmer and mroe humid, my clothes beginning to stick to my body.

"Hot springs?" I asked, wiping the sweat from my forehead.

He nodded, a large smile blooming on his face. "Yup!" he said almost gleefully. "I found them when I was messing around in the training grounds with Revali. I asked him about it and he told me about the hot springs. I wanted to show you."

The hot springs were gorgeous. The spring was sparkling blue, glittering on the surface and refracting the light, almost making the walls appear to be dancing with rainbow. The spring was surrounded on all sides by high, steep walls that shielded it's little alcove from the bitter cold winds. I couldn't say I was upset about the sudden discovery, after having been freezing.

I hesitated and pulled off my boots, slowly sitting on the ledge and submerging my legs in the water, allowing the warmth to flow through me and heat me up. Link sat down next to me, his arm immediately winding around my waist and holding me securely. I lay my head on his shoulder.

"Thank you. I really like it." He didn't say anything in response, but I just knew he was blushing. I had been overreacting before. After taking a step back, I could see it clearly. I didn't need to worry about the future or dwell on the past. I just needed to focus on the here and now.

And here and now, I couldn't help but think I was the luckiest gal alive. I sat up a bit straighter, my hand gently pulling his face towards mine, connecting our lips. I intended it to be a small little peck, a small thank you, but as soon as our lips touched, I couldn't pull away.

Every time we kissed, it felt like the first time. I couldn't help but think how much we've grown since then, how comfortable we had gotten. How much happier I had become. His body against mine made a happy little shiver rush down my spine and made my toes curl.

Time began to blur, our lips moving in unison against each other until I felt his teeth pull on my lips a bit, just to tease me, and I whimpered. I could feel his teeth again, this time bumping against my lips as he grinned sheepishly and laughed quietly. "Don't laugh," I murmured breathlessly, titling my forehead against his and looking up mockingly. "I've never d-done... this before..."

He smiled again, not responding when he pushed his lips against mine again, his hands firm on my waist. I don't think we had ever kissed for so long. Was this it? Were we going to go... all the way? I couldn't stop the excited little tremors that flew through my entire body, making my hips instinctively move in his hands.

"Somebody's eager," he commented jokingly and I whined again.

"Stopppp," I begged, a darker blush crawling across my face. He pulled away against, beginning to pull of his shirt. I gasped and couldn't help but glance across his body, his pecs, his abs, his entire body like a finely-tuned weapon. Call me shallow, but, Hylia, was he handsome. Not just handsome. Gorgeous! Yeah, that's the word: He was absolutely gorgeous.

I didn't move at first, but he pulled me against him again, titling my head so our lips reconnected. I hesitated, frozen. He pulled away a bit, and only then did I notice my hands scrunched into nervous fists at my sides. "You don't have to be afraid to touch me," he commented slowly, a small comforting smile on his face. I didn't doubt he had had partners before me, but I hadn't. I appreciated the kindness and patience he had with my juvenile movements.

"O-ok..." I blushed, tentatively touching his chest, then his abdomens, awed at the firm muscles I felt under his skin. I smiled at him, still blushing.

Then I reconnected our lips.

I think y'all know where this is going so beware for next week. Also, while I'm here, I'd like to apologize for not updating his morning. I was up playing a new game (Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc if you must know) and then I passed out and then I had to do a babysitting job.

By the way, fun fact: We're like 2/3 through this book. Take that as you will.
