You stood in the shower shaking as sobs racked your body. Your skin had begun to turn pink from all of the scrubbing and scratching you were doing to yourself. You had been doing this for days and hadn't left your room. Your mom had questioned you as soon as you got home early from the party, but you had played it off as being sick. Vomiting to prove it didn't need to be faked, as the thoughts of what happened made you sick to your stomach. It was Sunday by now and you were running out of time to cope, or at least try and work up the courage to make it to school. You tried to come up with ideas to avoid Lucas and Brayden, but they were Owen's best friends, and Owen had been messaging you for the past two days worried about you. You knew it would be nearly impossible to avoid them. The thought of having to pass them in the hall made you panic. There was no way you were getting out of this. School used to be an exciting place, you had so many friends and it was nice being able to see them every day. You wanted to tell someone, you needed to tell someone. But the boys were even more popular than you. You feared no one would believe you. You were almost positive that you'd be harassed for "trying to ruin their reputations".

You dressed far more poorly than you ever had since middle school. You wore a pair of loose jeans and a baggy hoodie that completely hid your form. You let your hair go natural as loose pieces cradled your face. The only makeup you wore was the remains of your makeup from Friday night. The black streaks fell below your eyes, only defining your bags even more. You made sure to wake up early to avoid your parents questioning and quickly drove to school. You sat in the parking lot for the longest time trying to work up the courage to walk in. You were still early as to avoid people on your way to your first class, however, the building itself reminded you of the inevitable. Running into Lucas and Brayden. The thought of them enough to bring you to tears.
You finally forced yourself out of the car and into the school, receiving a few odd looks from teachers, either from being early or your outfit, you'd never know. Rushing to your first class you sat in your seat and tried your hardest just to focus on your classes. The next thing you knew you were beside your locker with Brayden and Lucas on either side of you. They kept up the act as if nothing had happened and joked with you. You were tense and made an attempt to ignore them, tears already blurring your vision. Owen eventually wandered over and gave you a kiss, you leaned into it, finding comfort in the loving boy. As he pulled away you looked at him with a mix of fear and hope in your eyes, silently begging him to notice how suddenly uncomfortable you were around these boys, only to have your hope crushed as Owen waved and walked away to meet his coach.
Brayden put his arm on the locker behind you, making you feel like you were in a cage. He clicked his tongue at you in a scolding manner "Tsk tsk tsk (Y/N), you know better than to say anything, that is, unless... you're bragging". He smirked as his mouth only continued to move towards your ear. The boys left you and you ran into the bathroom upon hearing the bell signaling the beginning of the next class. You locked yourself in a stall and broke down only after vomiting up bile, the only thing you had left in your stomach. Sobs shaking your body as the sound of Brayden's voice filled your head. The sound of his voice ringing in your ears. After you had calmed yourself a little more you peaked out of the bathroom into the hallway checking to make sure that no one was in the hall. After verifying it was clear you moved out into the hall and slipped out the back door of the school jumping into your car and driving home quickly trying your best to see through the tears.
Arriving home you panicked and ran to your room, locking the door and began pacing around as if you were in a hurry. Their voices growing louder in your ears with every step you took. "Please stop..." You whimpered. For a moment, the sounds dulled as you heard a raspy voice "You can make it stop, It will all go away". You were hearing things and you panicked. "You know you won't be able to live with this pain" A whimper escaped your lips "The violation." Your breath got caught in your throat as the tears stopped flowing. As the newfound panic spread through your body. "No. I can't be... I'm not going crazy. I'm not. I'm not." you start muttering, no longer pacing. The voice chuckles lightly "Crazy... ha! I guess that's one word for it!" It cackles, a high pitched laugh this time "Crazy or not, I'm only here to help you, and you only have one option left..."
The voice stops after that and your eyes wandered through your window to the shed in your backyard. Your vision slowly went dark as you head out the back door, walking towards the shed the voice came back, encouraging your actions.
When you came to, you were standing in your room, a rope hanging in front of your face, the voice urged you on. "Yes," The voice hissed "Don't you want all this pain to end? Don't you want to get back at the world? This is the only thing in your life that you have control over, there is nothing left for you here"
The temptation wrapped its arms around you, guiding your hands to the rope that dangled in front of your face. Pulling the noose around your neck, you tightened it and jumped off of your desk. A smile falling upon your face as you fell.
