"Ma'am Cindy, hinahanap ka po ni Miss Anikka Gutierrez."

Tumaas ang kilay ko sa narinig. What could be the reason kung bakit niya ako hinahanap. I'm busy in my office signing and reviewing papers for the upcoming projects.

"Papasukin mo." I coldly commanded. Pumasok si Anikka dala-dala ang maliit niyang clutchbag. Her past career as a beauty clearly embodies how she walk and bring herself.

Anikka is a living barbie doll. Her body is a perfect 36-24-26, she's half spanish and she's a winning beauty queen with a rich family heritage. Comparing to me, I look like an innocent flower girl beside her.

"May ipaglilingkod ba ako sa inyo, Miss Gutierrez?" Umupo siya sa bakanteng upuan sa harapan ko.

"How much is MSAL Incorporated? Any amount, just say it." Naguguluhan ako sa pinagsasabi niya.

"Miss Gutierrez? I'm not selling MSAL Inc."

"Just sell it to me, tutal pera lang naman ang habol mo kay Tobias." Pinalabas niya ang check notebook niya. "How much?"

Huminga ako ng malalim at pinikit ang mga mata, "Isang milyon..."

Mapanghusga siyang tumawa,
"That cheap?" Sinulat niya ang isang milyon sa isang pahina ng check notebook niya, pinunit at inalay sa akin.

"Bibilhin ko ang MSAL Inc. at lumayas ka na sa buhay Tobias." I just stared at her blankly.

Tumayo ako, tumayo rin siya. "Do we have a deal, Miss Magalion?" She totally forgot I am Mrs. Enriques.

"Sabi ko isang milyon, Wala pa akong sinabing pera." Pinunit ko ang tseke at tinapon sa pagmumukha niya.

"Gusto ko ng isang milyong sampal!" Sinampal ko siya ng isang beses, sinundan ng dalawa, tatlo, apat hanggang lima.

"Ang kapal ng mukha mo!" Hinawakan niya ang pisngi niyang namumula dahil sa malutong na mga sampal na natamo mula sakin.

"Ikaw ang may makapal na pagmumukha dito! Buying my company and telling me to leave my husband? What kind of stupid bitch are you." Tinutukan ko siya ng daliri. Naestatwa siya, but still glaring daggers at me.

"Husband? He's supposed to be my husband, not yours, Cindy!" Is she fucking delusional?

"Bakit hindi mo siya pinakasalan bago pa man ako dumating sa buhay niya. It probably means one thing, abo ka lang sa buhay niya." Dahil sa sinabi ko, sinigawan niya ako ng malakas.

"Shut up! Akin lang siya!" Binuksan niya ang maliit niyang clutch bag at pinalabas ang isang pistol at tinutok sa akin.

Kinabahan ako bigla, am I going to die today? I could see the anger in her eyes. She was breathing heavily and shivering because of the anger.

"Anikka, what are you doing?" Shit! Wala sanang putukan, maybe we could settle accounts through hands and feet.

"I don't like you, Cindy. I don't like you at all, you stole my everything from me." Everything? Infact, I haven't meddled with her life. Nakilala ko lang siya nang agawin niya si Tobias sa unang gabi namin.

"Tobias is my everything. I'm his everything too. Without me, hindi siya dadating sa kinararatingan niya ngayon. While you, you're just a nuisance in his life." Mas lumapit siya sa akin, hindi pa rin naalis ang pagtutok niya ng baril sa ulo ko.

My heart beats so fast, she was playing with the trigger. If she pulls the trigger, that could only mean one thing, she shoots me and I could die.

"Why did it have to be you? It should be me in his bed, it should he me in his life! Paano na ang bata'ng dinadala ko?" My world froze.

"B-Bata sa s-sinapupunan mo?" I stuttered, "Yes Cindy, buntis ako. Si Tobias ang ama! We had the night of our lives on the night of the MSAL opening ceremony."

What, that couldn't be. I couldn't feel my legs and every single part of my body. I felt like I was living in a coma. Inuna niyang hinatid si Anikka at iniwan niya ako under Gamaliel's care.

How could Tobias do this to me? Akala ko ako lang mamahalin niya. Akala ko...

"See? Mas mahal ako ni Tobias. He even planted his seed inside me apra magkapamilya kami. You better leave him!" Nanggigil niyang sabi.

"No, I'm never leaving him." Naninigas siya sa sinabi ko. "We love each other, hindi ko siya iiwan." Kalma ko siyang sinagot.

"If you won't leave him, then I'll make him leave you!" Tinutok niya baril sa sarili, she pulled the trigger at tumama ito sa tiyan niya.

"Anika!" Sumigaw ako at nilapitan ang katawan niya. "Hailey!" Tinawag ko si Hailey at nagpanic siya. Tumawag siya ng ambulansya, mga ilang minuto ang lumipas at dumating na rin ang ambulansya at dinala si Anikka.

Sumama na rin ako, ako ang sumakay sa ambulansya at sinamahan si Anikka. Though she hates me, I do not wish harm unto her. She's pregnant with Tobias' child.

The baby... Is the baby safe?

Sa labas ng operating room, I sat there, praying. The whole ambiance reminds me when dad had a heart attack.

I hope Anikka is okay and so is the baby. Dumating si Tobias, kasama ang mga Gutierrez.

Sasalubongin ko sana si Tobias nang sampal mula sa ina ni Anikka ang siyang sumalubong sa akin. "How dare you harm my daughter?" Sinigawan niya ako na parang isa akong demonyo.

"I did not.. She barged into my office and shot herself," Isa pang malutong na sampal ang dumampi sa pisngi ko. "Lies! All lies! Anikka would never do that! She has no guns!"

Tobias' eyes was on me, I want him to defend me but he just stared at me like it was all my fault.

I began crying, "Check it on the CCTV."

"The CCTV in your office is broken. Dios mio, who the hell has a broken CCTV in a public office!" Sigaw ng ama ni Anikka.

I look at Tobias, he's not helping me at all. "If something happens to the baby, I won't forgive you at all." Pagbabanta ni Tobias.

He's supposed to be my husband. Why isn't helping me at all!

"Why is it my fault! She fucking barged in to my office, threatening to buy your fucking company, SHE POINTED A GUN AT ME, she wanted to kill me but shot herself!" I began cursing everyone who can't seem to understand the truth from delusions.

Lumabas ang doktor, hindi namin mabasa ang expression ng doktor.

"Is my daughter safe?" Umiiyak na tanong ni Mrs. Gutierrez. Niyakap ni Mr. Gutierrez ang asawa, lahat sila, nangangamba sa kalagayan ni Anikka.

"Yes, Miss Gutierrez is safe." Nakahinga ang lahat ng maayos. "But the baby, I'm sorry, the baby took the fatal shot." Umiyak ang mag-asawang Gutierrez.

I stood there like a statue, "If something happens to the baby, I won't forgive you at all."

I couldn't look at Tobias. Tumalikod na ako at naglakad palayo. Muling naglalaro sa utak ko ang tunog ng baril, everywhere I look, its like I see blood.

It felt like it was all my fault. The stares people were giving to me. Did I kill the baby? Did I harm Anikka?

Para akong patay na naglalakad palabas ng ospital. "Gamaliel,"

Nakasalubong ko si Gamaliel, he pushed back his glasses. And meekly smiled at me, "Cindy, kumusta."

"Gamaliel..."

All I remember was laying on the cold floor and losing consciousness before I could ask for help.
