Vaishu's POV
Today was a long day and I was really tired all i wanted now was to go home and sleep. But of course my fate I can't. Me and abhay had to go check out one of the venues we had finalized for the welcoming ceremony . I tried getting out of it
Vaishu: abhayyyyyy (we were both walking towards his bike in the parking lot)
Abhi: vishuuuuuuuu (he said in the same tone as me)
Vaishu: i'm tired....can't we check the venues tomorrow
Abhi: no vishu the appointment is for today
Vaishu: but i'm tireddddd
Abhi: it won't take that long I swear and you really have no choice
Vaishu: i meannnn you could drop me at home (i said smirking at him)
Abhi: and why would i do that?
Vaishu: becauseee you are my best friend.....please yaar
Abhi: nope no way it's not happening im not going there alone
Vaishu: take someone else then like jai, fais, or sidd
Abhi: sidd has tryouts, jai and reem have some work and fais has rehearsals
Vaishu: ughhhhh....main hi kyun hamesha fas jaati hun
Abhi: chal na yaar vishu.....agar tu mere saath aayegi tohh
Vaishu: toh? (i asked in curiousity)
Abhi: after the fest main tujhe shopping le jaunga
I squealed in excitement because he never wants to come shopping with me
Vaishu: promise? (i said extending my pinky finger)
Abhi: pakka promise (he said intertwining our fingers)...ab chale?
Vaishu: yup (i said happily)
we sat in his car....he brought his car today because we had to go to the venue
Vaishu: abhay how far is the venue?
Abhi: it's about 45 minutes from here
Vaishu: oh okay
i connected my phone to the Bluetooth and started playing songs when our favorite song came on
