Chapter 60

Sidd's POV

our car had stopped but it was upside down...i looked around and saw that jai was unconscious, avu and reem were only half conscious i couldn't turn around so i couldn't see what was going on in the back

Sidd: bhai, di, jannat, faisal?

Abhi/Vaishu/Jannat/Faisal: yea? (they said in panicked voices)

by now a crowd had formed around the car and one of the men there was calling the ambulance. I slowly got up and kicked the door open....i didn't have a lot of injuries except my hand and foot i got out carefully and then pulled avu out very carefully because of the glass. Then i asked the 4 in the back to come out while i slowly pulled out jai and reem. Jai's condition was the worst....he had pieces of glass on his face and his arm was bent in a weird way and his head was bleeding heavily. i quickly took of my shirt and tied it at his head to stop the bleeding and by that time the ambulance came and they took us to the hospital

Vaishu's POV

Me, jann, reem and sidd didn't have major injuries since we were sitting on the left side while the truck hit on the right side. Sidd had a broken wrist, jann had a broken ankle, i had a big cut on my forehead and reem also had a broken wrist. On the other side avu, fais and abhi were in serious condition but the worst was jai he was in critical condition. Fais and abhi were in the same room as they were okay and better then the other two. While avu was in a different room because she had gotten hurt in the head and she was unconscious so we were told not to go near her now. I was sitting on a chair beside abhi's bed

Abhi: how are jai and avu? (he asked weakly)

Vaishu: jai is in critical condition....in the ICU and avu is still unconscious (i said with tears in my eyes)

Abhi: everything is going to be okay...they are strong they will fight don't worry (he said holding my hand)

Sidd's POV

soon it was night so the doctor told us to let them rest and that we could wait outside

Sidd: di you guys stay here i will go get dinner

i went to the cafeteria and got sandwiches for us because none of us have an appetitie right now. when i was going back i saw that it was raining heavily and there was a storm. I just went back to the girls and gave them their food while they were eating i thought to call jai's parent's once again because they didn't pick up the first time this time when i called them his mom picked up the call

*on call*

Sidd: hello aunty

JM (jai's mom): yes beta

Sidd: woh actually aunty on our way back to mumbai we got into a accident

JM: oh my god are you guys okay?...what happened

i told her how the accident took place

JM: how is jai?

Sidd: he is in ICU right now and the doctor said he had some internal bleeding but he can't say anything about his condition right now

i heard crying on the other end

JM: beta i wish i could be there but because of the storm i can't

Sidd: don't worry aunty we are here with him...and please take care of yourself

JM: thank you beta...thank you so much for being there with him when i can't
