Y/N POV I was so happy to meet Dixie, I couldn't believe it! She was my best friend and I loved the idea of being able to meet up with her, I just never thought it would happen because people always say "don't meet up with strangers you meet online" which is true, just not in my case. We had already called and video chatted. We knew each other. That's why we met up in Georgia when Dixie weng on tour.
I boarded the plane, setting my luggage down. I then looked around to see if Dixie had boarded the same plane as me, then I remembered that Dixie and I lived in different places and we were just getting there.
I was texting Dixie the whole plane ride almost, sending pictures and snapchatting everything. I was ready for this to happen so long ago, and I didn't know.
After I leff the plane, I snapchatted about how I jusf got off and Dixie told me she did too.
I went to my hotel room to unpack. Half of me wanted to flop onto that bed and sleep, but the other half of me wanted to meet Dixie right away.
I went with my second half, I went to find Dixie.
I snapchatted lots that day, of course. It was very memorable! I had to!

When I arrived at the bus stop, I saw Dixie and she turned in shock, ripped out her earbuds, and looked at me with tearful eyes. She ran over to me and hugged me. "Y/n!" Dixie yelled. I hugged her back. "Dixie!" I said.
We went on tour everywhere doing evrrything. After a long day of going on tour and meeting up with my online best friend, Dixie, we madw it back to my hotel room.
We kind of just sat there for a while, talking until we got hungry and decided to go get some food.
An even better wah our day was the best-- we got free food because me and Dixie are famous TikTokers!
We saw Charli there, too. She said hi to Dixie, but that somehow brung Dixie's positive energy down because she didn't seem as happy, she seemed kind of uncomfortable. Was it Charli? Was it the food? Was it me? Was it the people around us? I don't know, but we took our food upstairs just after one minute down there.
We ate upstairs for about an hour. After we were done, Dixie hugged me goodbye, gave me a spare key to her hotel room went to her room for the night.
In the morning, I wanted to surprise her so I took my key to her room and went a few doors down to her room. I heard something so at first I just listened. "Who was that girl?" "My friend.." "Why did you guys leave the dining room after you guys saw Char?!" "I don't like eating in front of so many people!" "I can't believe you."
Once I heard a "stop!" I quickly turned the key into the door.
There was a boy standing over Dixie. "What are you doing to her!?" I yelled at him. "Oh, this is your 'friend' huh, babe?"
My heart shattered. She had a boyfriend.. More importantly.. Why was he standing like he qas going to hit her...?
I wished I had left the door closed then.
"I'm not yours!" Dixie snapped. "You aren't mine, I am not your girlfriend! I do so much for you and you act as I am property!" The boy just stood in silence.
I stepped closer into the hotel room and told the boy in my calmest voice if you don't leave Dixie alone, you get a belt." The boy looked in shock. He just stood there. "So? Why don't you go then!?" I yelled at him. He silently left the room.
Dixie came up behind me and said "thank you, he has been abusing me for a while now. I want to keep away from me." "Have you broken up with him yet?" I asked. "No." Said Dixie. "I want to but I'm scared of him.. I just kind of snapped today.. I have had enough." She said. "When you do, I will be there to make sure he doesn't do anything." I told Dixie.
