The next morning captain obi called jigoku into his office
"Jigoku today your gonna go to the 6th ward to get your check up "
"W-what?but I got one 2 weeks ago"she says with a sad voice
"I know and I'm sorry but with your power we need to monitor it"
With a last glance she gets up going to the door
"Fine I'll go there now"
Jigoku pov:
People are always making a big deal about my eyes,they want to monitor me so I dont get out of control.
"Ugh this is dumb I think I would know how I feel"
Not everyone feels safe with me being in the fire force because my eyes scare them,but the ones who care for me understand. I miss Benimaru and Konro,its been a while since I've seen them.
"Maybe I'll go visit them after my appointments "
I quickly walk to my room to change,then head to the doctor's
POV end~
"Well lieutenant jigoku you look perfectly healthy, I'm sorry you have to come more often now" captain Kayoko says while writing down things on her clip board
"Eh,I kinda understand.did u notice anything change in my eyes?"
"They look brighter did something happen "
Taking a moment to think jigoku says while putting her shoes back on
"Well we got a new recruit and his stats are off the charts,plus his aura is crazy"
Doctor Kayoko stops writing
"Really?I don't understand why that would change your eyes "
"Me either but oh well"she laughs it off."I gotta go doc but I'll be back in 2 weeks!"she quickly hugs her and waves
Walking down the stairs of the building she puts a pair of glasses on to hide her eyes
"People from the 7th ward are old fashion and still freak from my eyes,but I cant wait to see Benimaru and Konro!!"she states happily
Back at the 8th ward:
"Shinra and Arthur,go against mika "lieutenant hinawa commanded
"Huh,lieutenant are sure this is okay?"sister iris asked concerned
"Yes and mika dont hold back"
She simply nods and smiles turning towards the boys
"I wasnt planning on it"
Back to jigoku at 7th ward:
"Wow did this place get bigger or is it just me"she asks herself while looking around at the shopping center
"Jigoku is that you deary"she hears a voice from behind her
"Ah,hello ma'am how are you?"she replies to the old lady who she doesn't remember the name too
"Just find deary,here take these meat buns " the lady politely replies while giving her them
"Oh thanks you ma'am, I'll be going now" she bows then quickly walks off
"Maybe I could give them to Beni"again thinking to herself before arriving shortly
She knocks briefly before letting her self in,dropping the buns on the side and taking off her glasses.
"Beni?"She calls out while looking in the first room finding him sitting on the floor dazing off back towards her.
"Beni??"she calls again but he doesn't hear her,so she goes to lightly tap him but before she could even touch him he as her pinned on the floor
"Jigoku?"he whispers her name
"You know beni,I dont think this is how you greet your best friend"she says while laughing slightly "however this position does feel natural "winking before pushing him off and flipping them over
"But this is more like my type of position, you know?"laughing one more time she gets up and helps him up.
"You and your jokes jigoku, it's hard to believe I could befriend someone like you"he says dryly
"Aw come on ,I come all this way and this is what I hear,I am still older than you show some respect beni"
"Well well well if isn't jigoku hono ,to what do we owe this pleasure "immediately hearing this voice she turns around and jumps in his arms
"Konro!! I missed you!"
His laugh makes her smile wider
"We missed you too,oh my your eyes amaze me everytime"he says while putting her down
"Why are they brighter jigoku?" Beni ask
"A new recruit with a crazy aura "she says simply
He just nods
"Oh I brought meat buns from the old lady at the shop"
"She gave me sweets earlier wanna trade?"
She smiles and jumps on Benimaru's back "hell yeah"
"Anyway I just missed yall so I came to visit"
"Does your captain know your here"beni asked while securing her around him
"Uhhh"she nervously laughs
"Jigoku, I know your a lieutenant but you have to let him know" Konro says
"I know I know ,I just came after my appointment though"she says while pouting slightly and resting her head on Beni's shoulder
"Ok but next time tell him"
"Yes sir"she laughs and wraps her hands around his neck
"Hows everything been?"she asks while playing with his hair
"The usual "beni replies
She nods and taps his shoulder to release her
"Well its getting late and I gotta go meet another recruit "
They nod and Konro stands up walking her to the door
"Next time I'm spending the night for sure"she says before hugging konro and kissing beni in the cheek .
"Say hi to the twins for me okay"she smiles and exchange the buns for the sweets "byebye"
"That idiot is always doing things shes not supposed to"beni says with a light blush
"Do you still like her"konro ask with a small smile
"I tried not to,but it's hard when I've known her for so long and shes still amazing "he says
Konro nods and heads back Inside with beni following behind.
Ikik, but I like the idea of some characters liking her more then a friend but not everyone and not just one so we'll see
