"Spinel? What are you thinking?! Put the knife down!" Pearl screeches.
"Why should I! I'm useless without him, and I can't heal! I have no use, why not end it all right here, right now," I scream back, my voice cracking with sadness. "I've been left again. Now it's time for me to leave."
"Then I guess we can't get Steven back," Peridot says with her head down. "And now we'll loss two." Pink Steven steps toward me and I stretch away. Steven has told me how powerful he is. He has a scream that can crack the walls.
He speaks. "If we ever want Steven back, then we need you, Spinel. Even though I would rather shatter you right now because of what you did to him the day you attacked, we need you." I don't drop the knife.
"Then I'll see you later my Diamond," I say with respect.
