Salchipapas

Hello everyone , how are you guys ? I know it's been a while since I last updated but life changes and pulls you in different directions so here we are .
In this chapter I will be teaching you my version* of how I do salchipapas .

Ingredients-
- bag of frozen French fries
- pack of hot dogs
- frozen chicken breast
- shredded cheese
- mayo-ketchup ( mayonnaise & ketchup mixed together )
- oil ( enough to fry the fries & hot dogs & frozen chicken )
- plates with towels on top ( to put the fries & hot dogs & chicken after being fried to dry on it which ever way you do it )

Directions-
1) you'll want to have the frozen things at room temperature especially the fries bc you don't want the oil sparkling around once you put the fries on it. Trust me it hurts .

2) if you like, prep the hotdogs and chicken ahead, cut them into bite size pieces and put them aside.

3) Now on a frying pan on medium heat, add enough oil to cover the fries. this is what takes the most time for me because I like my fries crispy not soggy. your going to fry the fries until they are golden brown or crispy (5-7 mins).  After you they are fried, your going to put the fries on the plate with towels so that the towels can soak up the dripping oil. repeat this step with the fries you want.

4) I heat up my chicken in the microwave to get the frozen water off, then I fry the hot dogs for like a minute

4) I heat up my chicken in the microwave to get the frozen water off, then I fry the hot dogs for like a minute. then I fry the chicken so it could have a nice crispy outside. you could do that, you could also just fry the hot dog and chicken or you can microwave them both.

5) now everything that should be fried should be done, its time to start plating

On a plate in layers it goes fries first then hotdogs and chicken. next come cheese, sprinkle how ever much cheese you want, microwave until its melted. after the cheese is melted, your going to pour some mayo-ketchup sauce on top. Or any sauce you would like to put on it.
