Min-kyu's POV

I arrived at Eunji's house and everyones' ready.

"Who will bring cars?" Chan

"I already did. All of us can ride it. I borrowed it from my Father"

"Okay, let's go" Eric

"I'll drive" Chan

We hop in the car, Chan will drive, Eunji is sitting on the shotgun seat, while Eric, Hyunjin and I are sitting in the backseat.

"You know the way, right?" Eric

"Yeah" Chan answered and started driving

We will meet Nurse Alliyah. This is first time we will talk to her ever since she got caught. Hyunjin is staring at the window for the whole time. We arrived at the police station where Nurse Alliyah is.

"I'll talk to her" Eric said

We got out of the car and entered the police station.

"A girl named Alliyah, the one got caught two weeks ago" Chan

"Ah, you are here to talk to her?" the officer asked

"Yes, we might help you with the investigation" Eric

"Thank you for your cooperation. One person can enter the interrogation room and the others will wait in the other room" officer

"I will talk to her" Eric

"Please, lead him inside the interrogation room and bring prisoner 7109" officer

"Okay, Sir" the other officer said and guided Eric inside the interrogation room

"Follow me" the head officer said and guided us in the other room "This is the room where you can hear and see those will talk inside the interrogation room. They can't see us here but we can see them"

"Thank you, Sir" Eunji

The officer was telling Eric what to do or what he shouldn't say or ask. One minute after, Nurse Alliyah entered the interrogation room while she is handcuff. She sat on the opposite side and was looking down. The officer left the room and it's Eric and Nurse Alliyah only.

"It's nice seeing you again. It's been a long time, Alliyah" Eric

The nurse stayed quiet.

"You think this will be fine?" I asked Chan

"Yeah" Chan

"So, you visited Areum? Why? Do you feel sorry?" Eric

She's still quiet and not even glancing at Eric.

"She's like that when we interrogated her last time. She is quiet and not looking at us" head officer

"I thought you cared for Areum? You want her to survive, right? You took care of her and stayed by her side for three years. Why did you do that to her? Do you know how much she treated us like her family? You are like a big sister to her, Alliyah. From all the hospital staffs and workers, you are the closest one to Areum" Eric

Nurse Alliyah started crying "S-Sorry"

"Do you think saying sorry will bring her back to life? You are the happiest one when she decided to do the operation. You even told her you will keep her if she will do the operation. What did you do?" Eric

"I-I am sorry" Nurse Alliyah whispered but we all can hear it

"It's okay. Tell me what happened. It's me, Dr. Park. I will help you get out of here, tell me everything" Eric

"I-I deserve this. I deserve to stay here forever. I am her nurse and I should be the one to take care of her. I am regretting my actions, I-I am sorry" Nurse Alliyah cried louder this time

"Please tell me what happened. Areum death needs justice, Alliyah" Eric

"S-Someone threatened me, they told me that they will kill me and my Family. I tried to ran away but they knew my house, they knew my Family. They find out everything about me. I-I was so scared I tried to tell everyone but they threatened me even more. I stayed quiet and acted like everything was okay. T-That day when I saw Eunji and Chan, I thanked destiny that they are there. But I was dumbfounded when they told me they need to leave and will come back. I-I was so scared and I can't even move my feet. They can see me through the installed cctv inside Areum's room. They called me and told me to do it. I hoped that someone will enter but no one did. I-I told Areum I am sorry and cried in secret. I-I injected it to Areum's body, at first there's no effect. After a minute, it's slowly effecting and spreading the drug. She smiled at me and told me i-it was okay. She knew it all along, she knew I will kill her but she didn't do anything and stayed quiet" Nurse Alliyah

Areum knew? Why didn't she told anyone?

"That's it. You need to leave the room, Dr. Park" head officer

"Can you tell me who threatened you?" Eric

"I-I don't know them. They just talked to me through phone call" Nurse Alliyah

"I'll see you soon, Alliyah" Eric said and left the room

As the door closed, Nurse Alliyah turned to us. For her it's just a glass mirror but she knows we are here.

"Before you bring me back inside the prison. I want to tell Hyunjin what Areum told me" Nurse Alliyah

We all stayed quiet and waited for her to say something.

"As she was struggling, she held my hand begged me to tell you something. She wants you to move forward and face everything with a brave heart. Don't let yourself stay in darkness and live your life happily. You are the most precious person she knew. You taught her a lot of things and gave her hope. She wants you to help yourself and open your heart for everyone. No matter what happens, she loves you. She said to see each other again in your next life not as Areum and Hyunjin. But other persons, she said she will find you and will try to remember you" Nurse Alliyah

Hyunjin started crying and left the room.
