Min kyu's POV

"Eunji? Make it fast!" Eric shouted

"Yep! I'm done!" Eunji shouted back 



"Good morning" Seungmin greeted as he entered the house



"Hey, you coming with us?" Eric



"Yeah" Seungmin



"I told him to come with us since he wants to see the killer" Chan



Hyunjin went downstairs with poker face "Where's Eunji?"



"Park Eunji! Make it fast!" Eric shouted once again

"Okay!" Eunji answered and ran downstairs



"Do you really have to be pretty? We're just going to visit someone" Chan



"I'm pretty since birth" Eunji rolled her eyes and went outside



"Whose van is this?" Eric asked as soon as he get out



"I borrowed it from Minho" 



I borrowed a mini van from Minho since Seungmin will go with us. 



"I'll drive" Chan said and get in the car while Eunji is sitting on the shotgun seat



Seungmin and I are sitting on the backseat while Eric and Hyunjin are sitting on the second row.



"Do you know the way?" Eric asked



"Yep!" Chan answered and started driving




Of course, he knew the way. Chan always visits the killer and asked a thousand times. But he doesn't receive any answer. We all did tried to ask him but he is not answering. I think he is protecting someone. Why am I nervous? Fuck it. I don't have to be nervous. Hyunjin will be fine after this. After a long drive we arrived at the correctional service where the killer was staying. 



We went inside.




"Sir" Chan greeted the officer




"Oh, hey. It's been a long time since I saw you. What brought you here?" officer 




"I want to talk to Jung Chul" Chan




"It's not visiting hours" officer




"I am Hwang Hyunjin, the child of the people who killed by Jung Chul. I want to talk to him" Hyunjin



"Yes, we might help you with this" Eric



"I see, wait a minute" officer said and left



"I'll talk to him. I want to know everything on my own" Hyunjin



"Are you crazy?" Seungmin



"I want to hear everything. I want to ask him a lot of questions" Hyunjin



"Sir, who will talk to him?" another officer asked



"I will" Hyunjin



"Okay, follow me" officer said and left with Hyunjin



"If you want to hear everything, follow me" the officer earlier said



We entered a room. Hyunjin entered the interrogation room and sat on the chair. 



"Let him enter. Don't leave the room" the officer said through speaker



One police entered with Jung Chul. He sat on the chair in front of Hyunjin while the police are standing  near the door. 



"Do you remember me?" Hyunjin 



Jung Chul stayed quiet.



"I think you don't. Let me introduce myself to you. I am Hwang Hyunjin, the child of the people you killed" Hyunjin



Jung Chul slowly looked at Hyunjin and his tears started falling "Y-You are alive" 



"Are you amazed? I am too" Hyunjin



"Why are you here?" Jung Chul



"What do you think? Do you think I am here to have fun with you? To ask if you are okay?!" Hyunjin shouted



"I-I'm sorry, I didn't really want to kill them but my son and wife are in danger. I don't want them to leave me. I don't want them to die. I want to live with them forever" Jung Chul



"A-Are you kidding me right now? I want to live with them too! But you killed them!" Hyunjin shouted 



"I-I'm sorry" Jung Chul



"Do you think saying sorry will bring them back?! Do you think saying sorry will bring back everything?! Do you know how much I suffered?! 16 fucking years! I cried for 16 fucking years! I am alone for 16 years! And now you are sorry?! Do you think that will bring back everything?! Didn't you think of your son if the same thing happened to him?!" Hyunjin shouted out of anger



"Do you think letting him talk to Jung Chul will be fine?" Eunji asked



"Yeah, he needs to let go everything. I think it'll helped him recover" Chan




"S-Sorry" Jung Chul




"You should've killed me!" Hyunjin shouted 




"They told me to kill you, but I-I couldn't..." Jung Chul




"Why?! Just fucking kill me right now! Do it! I want to die!" Hyunjin begged 




Eric's tears started falling. He quickly left the room before everyone saw him.




"W-When I saw you crying, I remembered my son. I felt weak when your parents begged me not to kill you. I told myself to scare you and let you hide yourself. After killing you parents, I left the house and told them I killed you..." Jung Chul




Hyunjin stayed quiet.




"I think it's time to tell you who made me do it. I-It's your Aunt and Uncle..." Jung Chul




"W-What..." Hyunjin




"They told me to kill you and your parents as soon as they leave the house. I went inside and shot your parents, when I saw you. I-I don't know what to do, I remembered my son. I stopped but your Uncle and Aunt can hear everything. They told me to kill you but your parents told me not to. They told me to let you live. They told me save you. I scared you that time and let you hide yourself inside the closet. I shot the chair to let them know I killed you. I-I called the police and left your house. When they find out I didn't killed you, they tried to find me. I made my Family leave Korea and stay in states. I stayed here to look for you and save you from them. But I was too late, they already have you" Jung Chul




"Y-You should've killed me..." Hyunjin 




"I'm sorry for killing your parents. I don't have any choice but to do it. They have my Family that time. I was scared, I tried to save my Family but they always end up having them. I-I'm sorry for being too late. They went here years ago and told me that they will finish what I didn't. I-I though they killed you, I'm glad you are still alive" Jung Chul




Hyunjin didn't answer.




"Now, I saw you. I want to say sorry in person. I want to tell you that I'm regretting everything I did. I will accept whatever will happen with me. I just want you to live your life happily..." Jung Chul said and left the interrogation room with the police



Hyunjin started crying...
