Back story: When Hitoshi's parents found out that his quirk was Brainwashing they abandoned him on the streets at night.For months he was by himself on the streets of Tokyo trying to stay alive until one night a police officer found him in a dark alleyway covered in cuts and bruises.The officer took him back to the station where they cleaned him up and asked him his name when he told them is name and told them why he was on the streets they looked up his parents name.They spent hours trying to find his parents but they couldn't find them, so eventually they just took him to a foster home.
