I was about to enter our room holding the knob and turn to unlock the door however i halted when i heard IU was speaking to someone out of curiosity i eavesdrop keeping my ear attached to the door
"No eric you can't tell lisa about this my decision is final" IU deadpan
"No it should be between us lisa will never accept this don't let anyone know about-" IU got startled when i open the door and smile at her as if i didn't hear anything, i was curious about what they were talking about, however, i trust IU and I'm not going to push it
"Hun you're early" IU throw her phone on the bed as she made her way towards me and hug me tightly
"Yeah! You're not feeling well so i took a leave from dad" I kiss her on the forehead and carry her to let her rest on our bed

"Lisa...! Lisa...! LISAAAAA" Someone slap me extremely hard, causing me to jolted off and my eyes shot open, when I felt something cold and wet on my face, wendy was evildoers, she was splashing the ice water on my face,
"Mf...! why did you do that?" I sat up and take some tissue to wipe the moisture on my face, she rolled her eyes and sat back on her chair
"Bang you're supposed to be on your round didn't you sleep well huh? Were you dreaming the same thing?" She asked me with a concern gazed, I sighed and rubbed my face frustratingly
"Wen i guess I'm suffering from narcolepsy i can't control my sleep and yes! I was having the same dream" I stated truthfully, wendy stare at me Apologetically
I shook my head reassuring her for the nth time that she's not to be blamed
"Btw jennie and Mingus will be here anytime soon" I added that make wendy eyes to sparkle, she doesn't like kids but with Mingus she can't help
"Wow! I miss him so much" Wendy squealed in excitement, i chuckled and check the time it showed 10:36 am maybe jennie is on her way,
I browse my phone and saw a message from jennie, she text me an hour ago,
"Why is she hadn't here yet?" I asked myself and call her to confirm but the door suddenly opened and reveal my beautiful fiance and my lovely baby
"Jagiya" Jennie chirped, i jog towards her and kiss her on the forehead before i take Mingus from her, wendy stood beside me and play with Mingus's little fingers...
"Jen, don't you've any schedule?" Wendy asked and jennie just shook her head
"I'm on free day" Wendy nodded and her gaze fall on Mingus while mimicking him
"Ahh! Ahh! Do you miss imo" Mingus blubber is something that makes wendy so happy "yes! Yes! Imo miss you too my baby" Jennie Giggles and took her seat while wendy take Mingus from me i let her and darted my gaze at jennie, she seems tired
"Are you not feeling well?" I asked pressing my palm on her forehead she shook her head and give me the cutest smile
"jagiya I'm okay! Don't worry" She assured me, I gave her a nod while checking the time and its almost 11 I've to go for my round
"Alright I'll do my round and we'll have lunch together is that okay with you?" Jennie smile and give me a peck
"Sounds better" Jennie mumbles I smile and kiss her, then take a glance at Mingus and walk toward them and kiss him before i took my stethoscope and walk out of my room
