They are special, the Watchers look for a server to play with, but there are only two of them, they need the third, without the third they cant reach there full potential.
Can't become the strongest.
There are a lot of Listeners, probably thousands, they are not that active, but they always listen making them have more information to beet the Watchers, without that, they would never win, they are not the strongest, but more smarter than the Watchers,
If you see a Listener active somewhere, you know something bad have happend, Listeners clean the most of the time after the Watchers.
