• Verse of the day from the Holy Qur'an •

"خُذِ الْعَفْوَ وَأْمُرْ بِالْعُرْفِ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ الْجَاهِلِينَ"(07:119)

"Show forgiveness, enjoin what is good, and turn away from the ignorant."(Surah Al-A'raf 7:199)

Deena's pov'

"I'm sorry."

"Which part of 'don't talk to me again' don't you understand?"

"I really am sorry, I didn't think it through before doing it."

"I don't care."

That's it! I started laughing and Ivy joined me too! I mean it's funny alright?

Now, you guys might be wondering as for what's going on? Well, let's just say Rida and Maha are having a lovely moment.

It was the end of sixth period and before salah break. Maha and Rida didn't talk for four entire periods. Hah, that's a first. I've been sitting beside both of them, watching the drama unfold.

"I think it's better if you both just stop fighting." I shrugged. I mean it's time that they stop it. As soon as those words left my mouth both of them turned to face me abruptly.

"You think?" Maha asked back sarcastically.

"Uhmm" I replied flatly. While Rida was sulking beside me.

"Fine, give me one valid reason as to why I should forgive her after what she's done?" She frowned.

"Habibti because, The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: 'Be merciful to others and you'll receive mercy. Forgive others and Allah will forgive you'." I said with a genuine smile.

"Fine, but I want her to promise me that she won't do these kind of things ever again." She huffed. When she replied that Rida sighed and a small smiled formed on her lips.

"Wallahi ( I swear to Allah) Maha, I'm trying. I'm trying everyday to change my habits. Please give me a little time, yeah?" She shrugged. When she said that Maha turned and smiled at her as well.

After that we all had a group hug when Maha at first hugged Rida. See, I told you their fights don't last that long when they're mad at each other.

"In sha Allah (if Allah wills) you are going to succeed." She said after we had our little group hug.

"Hey, it's Salah break! Won't you guys be praying?" Laiba, a classmate of ours asked.
