"What about the girl?" I ask Jane while shifting to cover up as much has possible
"She's requesting a moment with you Cecelia, something about knowing your secret." I sigh and inform her
"Ill be out in a minute."

I dress myself in a simple black thigh length dress with lace sleeves and a low back before covering it up with my volturi robe and placing on my necklace, I brush my hair to make it less unruly and touch up my make up before slipping on the nearest pair of black high heels and walking out the door Caius following shortly behind. Once reaching Renesme's cell I ask them if I can just be alone with her for a moment, they obey knowing that if she acts up I can Handle her in a flick of my finger.
"Renesme," I say approaching her cell "you requested to speak to me darling." My tone is hostile, It needs to be that way I am talking to the prisoner as part of the volturi
"Cecelia," she says to me "I know your not a bad person deep inside, so you can stop acting like one to me." I squint at her
"What do you mean?" She stands in her cage
"I know that once you were sweet and lovely." I smile, I don't really know which way it could be sarcastic it could be legit but not even the girl knows which way
"And how would you know that?" She smiles innocently
"Jacob talks about you all the time." And that stung, sweet- but a subtle burning moves over my cheeks and heart
"I'm guessing you didn't summon me to get Jacob and I back together?" She shrugs
"Obviously, and you can stop with the professional language." I disagree
"No, after a while of using that language it becomes second nature, a habit I can't break." She scoffs
"Wow... I guess being in the Volturi really does corrupt you-" she gags as she's choked off as I flick my wrist
"It's actually not as bad as you think it is little Renesme... Understand?.." She manages the slightest nod "good..." I release her from the grasping chains of torturous powers and sit back waiting for her to tell me what she wants to tell me after she sucks up the most delicious air she would have ever inhaled in her life.
"I know your just like me, your human- but not completely. That's valuable information- worthy of blackmail. Could you believe that scandal, Volturi accepts halfbreed as one of them- but when it comes to a different coven they want to start a war... Sure that will gain you plenty of respect as a member of our government." I squint at her
"You little invalid, you think you can blackmail me? You fool." I sneer at her "you are nothing but a neglected teenager Renesme. And I think you forget darling, your in my prison who are you going to share this information with? Because I'm sure everyone here already knows. Why don't you tell your imaginary friend? Little girl." With that I sneer at her one last time as strut out of the room leaving my air of supremacy behind and trailing behind me.
