'Of course my day isn't going to end that simply...' I sighed at the slimy, familiar voice taunting me, and shook my head, Striding through the eastern wall of my bedroom into my Laboratory. 'Mr. Tangent, come Fetch your stupid jerk of a Shadow-Mage before I PK him back down to Level 1? He just snuck into my bedroom and tried to murder me while I slept, and he's beginning to test my saintly patience.' -Captain-Bordeaux.

'Wait, what? Give me a second to get there, I'll handle him.' -Auld-Lang-Syne.

"Hiding in your Laboratory? Really?!? You moved fifteen feet to the right and thought I would just give up?!?" Said Shadow-Mage appeared in the doorway, nocking an arrow while he talked nonsense.

"I was calling your Guild Master, actually. But before he gets here, I'll be killing you, and heading to the Spawn Point so I can PK you down to Level 25, then heading to the other spawn point to get you down to Level 1; that's, what, 4,500 XP and a Jail Time of 45 hours? That's acceptable." I smirked, pointing my hand at him and shooting a beam of light into his eyes while he glared at me; unfortunately, because it hadn't come through my Rifle, the light beam scattered instantly, only managing to blind him and do no damage. Still it helped make his shot go wide, and didn't even ruffle my hair as it shattered against the Iron-Wood of the wall.

"A Flash Ability? God, I almost expected more from you!" He growled, shooting another arrow and missing entirely again, not even coming close.

"Yeah, yeah. Look, I'm tired; I've just spent an entire day doing serious work and completing a Quest-Line, and I don't have the energy to bother with you, so just... stand still, I guess." I sighed, throwing my spear into his chest lazily and choosing the 'Witless' curse. (It's very useful against people, I had discovered, but not so much against Monsters, considering most of them had Low Intelligences anyway.)

Before I could continue attacking him, a pair of thick metallic arms wrapped around his chest, trapping his arms against his body and forcing him to drop his Bow. My Warforged Helmsman nodded to me in an attempt at a salute, then casually carried the human cargo below... or attempted to. The curse of Witless drained 1,250 HP per second, so he got maybe two steps before the Archer suddenly went limp, and was released by the Warforged who now recognized him as an Ally.

"Well, alright then." I nodded, sending him to my Shop to place all his Loot into the EverChest while I flew off the side of the ship towards the Spawn-Point. 'Don't worry, everyone, I'm just taking out some Trash; all is well.' -Captain-Bordeaux.

'I would believe you, except there's a Gilded Bow on the floor; #2 in the Series, the Ebony-wood Bow.' -Ureka!.

'Merry Christmas? Is it better than the one you currently have, the Silver-Wood?' -Captain-Bordeaux. I swooped down across the ocean like a breeze, invisible and impossibly quick, watching the Resurrection Platform down on the ground far below for any telltale signs of a person being respawned.

'I mean... yes? Not by much, they're the same thing, but it's enchanted to Level 45, whereas mine is Level 30, now that you've gotten a crack at it? Regardless, where are you?' -Ureka!.
