"I DON'T WANNA COME! I WANNA GO BACK TO ENGLAND! I'M GOING BACK TO ENGLAND!"
Gazing overboard with amusement at the panicking boy in the water, you opened your mouth to point out the entertaining scene to Reepicheep beside you, but then your gaze caught on two more figures, swimming calmly near the hysterical boy (and their patience made his consternation ever the funnier), who immediately drew your attention.
"Edmund! Lucy!"
The two called up joyful greetings as they swam toward the rigging on the side of the ship, and you sent a deckhand below to fetch towels for all emerging from the water. As soon as your old friends climbed onboard, you wrapped your arms around them each with grand smiles, not caring that they were both sopping wet.
"It brings me the greatest joy to see you two again, but I have to ask: who is that nut?"
"I'M GOING BACK TO ENGLAND YOU HEAR ME! LET ME GO, I'LL HAVE THE POLICE SET ON YOU-"
The Pevensie siblings both made faces of distaste and lamentation at the eccentric boy now trying to fight off the aforementioned deckhand's offered towel.
"Oh, that's Eustace."
"Our cousin."
"Eustace, Our Cousin" took one look at Tavros, the Minotaur First Mate, and promptly fainted. You couldn't help but grin at that one.
