Oh, those two sillies, Peter and Edmund. You'd had them come here, to Cair Paravel's outdoor pavilion, wearing their noblest attire, in order to have a portrait painted of the two of them. Lucy and Susan had done the same a few hours earlier and it had gone as smooth as could be, but as you watched Peter and Edmund shuffle and dance about, laughing with each other, the thought that this may take a while began to nag at you.
"And we do the dancing this way- and then we do it that way-"
Still, you couldn't help but laugh at Edmund's silly chanting to a made-up beat and imaginary song. It seemed the portrait would have to wait.
