Derek's POV

I noticed lani fell asleep on my shoulder so I shook her but she didn't move.

Derek: lani
Leilani: mmm
Derek: lanz
Leilani: mmm

I sighed, I got up and put the portrait of her and Mel on her on her night stand. I than picked her up and layed her on her bed and put her blanket over.

I pushed her head gently, turned off the light and left the room.

I went downstairs and saw that the boys and Ona were still here

Derek: love how y'all acting like this your house.
Mattia: wanna turn?
Derek: duhh
Ona: wheres lani?
Derek: oh, she fell asleep
Ona: oh ok, here

I looked up and she gave me Melody's collar.

Derek: thanks

Ona's POV

After I gave him Mel's collar, I went upstairs to lani's room

Ona: lani..
Lani: mmm
Ona: I'm going, I'll see you at school
Lani: mmm

I laughed and gave her a hug

I went downstairs and said bye to the boys.

Ale: lemme walk you out
Ona: mmmk

Me and alex walked out and we talked for a bit than I saw him lean in.

Ona: uhhh Alex
Ale: hmm?

I pointed at the front door because I saw the boys eavesdropping. He looked behind him and sighed.

Ale: um- I'll see you tomorrow
Ona: sounds good 😊

He kissed me on the cheek and I went to my car and left.

Derek's POV

We saw Alex walk Ona out, everyone knew them 2 had something going on.

Derek: pst yo

Everyone looked up at me and I titled my head towards the door. We all got up and slowly opened the door, we all poked our heads.

I saw kairi recording and laughed, we saw ale lean in.

Kairi: yuhhh get into ehttt

We all said "shhh" in unison

We saw ale look behind him.

Derek: shit, go go go go

We all ran upstairs and ran to my room.

Ale: GUYS!!!

We all started laughing, ale walked in and jumped on everyone.

Ale: yous are so annoying.
Mattia: dont look at me it was der's idea.

We started wrestling until a car pulled up

Derek: aww my parents are home.
Vallyk: does that mean we have to leave.
Derek: uhh ig so

We all got up and greeted my parents.

Kairi: hey lets go say bye to lani
Derek: shes sleeping
Kairi: lets go say byeee to lani

We widened his eyes and we all knew what he meant.

Kairi: lanz we're leaving
Lani: mm
Derek: 3
Vallyk: 2
Kairi: 1

We all jumped on lani and hugged her

Lani: mmm! OWW GET OFF!
Lani: MAMAAA!
Derek: shit go go go

We all ran out and went downstairs.

Leilani's POV

I heard kairi say they were leaving. I heard counting and sat up but than I saw everyone jump on me.

Leilani: OWWW! GET OFF! MAMAAA!

They all ran as I chased them downstairs.

I saw my parents they stopped me.

Mum: woah woah woah
Leilani: mama, where have you been?
Mum: I know we were supposed to be here yesterday but we stopped by your aunts house.
Leilani: ok

I ran to the kitchen and the boys forgot I was chasing them.

Derek: SHITT

I pulled his hoodie and he couldn't run

Leilani: how many times do I have to tell you, stop surprise jumping me.
Derek: ok I'm sorry I'm sorry

I looked at the boys.

They all apologized together and we walked them out.

Leilani: byeee
Vallyk: um
Leilani: oh

I hugged vallyk and we kept rocking

Mattia: hurry up 💀
Leilani: shush 😛

Me and der waved as Roberts car exited the driveway

He slapped the back of my head and ran.

Leilani: MAMA!

My mum stopped Derek

Mum: Derek, please stop picking on your sister.
Derek: fineee
Mum: and where's Mel
Leilani: uhhh
Mum: lani, der, where is Mel, and don't lie to me .

Me and der looked at each other and sighed

A/n: I honestly hate cliffhangers but they make the story more enjoyable sooo ye sorry for the cliffhangers 😗
